Had an issue where an app did not work after upgrading to the latest version. I did not expect a quick response as the support site indicated that there were a lot of queries so could take up to 3 weeks. However, I received a response within a few hours and was guided through several steps that solved the issue. Very professional and quick support :-)

This is a great product. I have the Homey Bridge. Being in Canada, all products are not yet available in Homey but I am confident they will get there. Customer service was precise and quick as I had three questions that were all resolved. I now have two hubs less to take care of. The integration with Alexa is handy for me at this time. I can say now that I am an Ex-Wink user! I can't say that I am a power user but the basic functions are right for me

Great support. My homey failed and cpuld not be fixed. a new homey was sent to me even before I had returned the broken one. Support was quick and friendly.

The great thing about Homey products is that it is compatible with so many products and its ability to bypass the need for proprietary hubs. I've saved enough money buying separate hubs from Aqara, Philips, Somfy etc that the Homey Pro hub has paid for itself at least twice over. If you giving home automation a shot, I'd advise starting the process by using Homey Pro as the heart of your system.

After several smart home products that I tested and updated I decided that Homey is the best product on the market today and I hope that they will continue to develop it.

My smart home was fragmented after 4 years of buying different products and different make products to the point it was no longer smart it was just Broken.
I got the new Homey Pro and it's been less than a week and I know I've only just scratched the surface of what I can now achieve but already my home feels like it's back up and running.
The power of the flows is so deep that once I keep playing I know there is so much more I can do with them.
I have run homeassistant In the past but the constant maintenance,updates and changes I couldn't put the time in to keep it running and now I don't have to I'm back up and running.

I was not completely satisfied with the homey Bridge. The support depart gave super quick and adequate responses to all my questions and helped me to solve my problem. Thanks for your help Daphne!

Al een tijdje mogen genieten van Homey, van ikea sensoren tot aan elektrische gordijnen. Niets is te gek! Het is zelfs al zo dat ik bij de aanschaf van nieuwe apparaten kijk of het compatible is met Homey en dat is vaak ook zo! Ik zal niet meer zonder kunnen.

Sinds begin dit jaar heb ik de Homey Pro Early 2023 en ben er uitermate tevreden over. Omdat ik een Enocean systeem thuis heb heb ik ook een Raspberry Pi die communiceert met de Homey. Dat was even uitzoekwerk, maar draait als een zonnetje. Zeker nadat ik de mogelijkheden van de ‘advanced flows’ begreep was er geen houden meer aan. Met een beetje fantasie lijkt elke mogelijkheid wel te kunnen. Het aanpassen van een flow is erg gemakkelijk, waardoor de foutjes er zo uit zijn. Door Homey en de geweldige apps zijn er geen grenzen. Het enige nadeel dat diverse apps nog op een hele oude SDKv2 zijn geschreven en niet geschikt voor de Homey Pro 2023. Het zou niet verkeerd zijn dat daar meer aandacht voor komt. Een absolute aanrader wat mij betreft en de HP2023 is een blijvertje.

Ik werkte al een tijdje met de homey 2019 pro en heb nu de homey 2023.
Ben er super tevreden van de aankoop.
Kan er veel mee doen , en ben alle dagen aan het testen wat ik er uit kan krijgen.

Best smart home hub ever!

Yes I admit, I’m a home automation geek. I like to push the limits. With more than 150 smart devices from various brands, homey makes it possible to integrate all devices via my (now 100+) flows with a great response time. still did not yet pushed the limits of this device, even with flows that contain hundreds of cards!! I’m impressed!

Even the Christmas show runs on homey ;-)

Ik gebruik de Homey Pro 2023 nu al enige tijd en ben super tevreden met de aankoop.

Hij verbindt meer veel verschillende merken en apparaten en spreekt alle nodige talen.

Zeker een aanrader!

I got homey Pro 6 month ago , and it changed my life, it now so easy to connect several brands together. It work with a lot of brand, even the not expensive ones , lidl ...

Al sinds 2019 een gebruiker en meer dan tevreden, support is nog steeds goed dan wel niet beter!

Mijn oude Homey is inmiddels vervangen door een Homey Pro. Ik ben nog steeds super tevreden over mijn Homey. Deze werkt snel en soepel. Alleen de aqara spullen. Geven nu regelmatig problemen en de oplossing laat al een tijdje op zich wachten. Ik ben benieuwd wanneer dit gaat gebeuren.

I bought my homey pro 2023 in August. And I'm not regret it, Homey is soooo user friendly and stable (but, in the past I had a bad wi-fi and homey was always disconnected). anyway,The Homey pro 2023 is just amazing! The only issues that I found are:
-price
-apps cannot control the led ring and the pre-installed LED ring animation isn't enough
-Homey doesn't have IR receiver. So, if you have an IR device that is not in the library or any app. You can't connect it
-some apps with the SDK V2 aren't compatible
These issues aren't very important in front of all the benefits to have a homey at home!

Upgraded from the original Homey to the new Homey Pro in 2023, what a difference it makes, the ecosystem is superb and the developers both at Athom and in the community are always fine tuning new apps and features. This connects to pretty much everything across multiple ecosystems, connection types and the advanced flow options means you can automate pretty much everything and anything exactly how you want. It amazes my friends some of the things that happens when certain switches are pressed in my house. It really does make your house a smart home of the future!
