I bought Homey Pro 2019 about 7 years ago. I had no problems untill a couple of months ago and a couple of weeks ago. There support is exelent and they helped me to solve the problems. Now my Homey 2019 is working great again.

As a primary school in Belgium I was happy that Homey accepted my request to participate in the Homey for Education program!
Within the school we are now able to automate the school's devices like charging chromebooks, ventilation,.... monitor realtime gas and electricity usage... giving us all needed tools to make the school more sustainable, save on electricity, etc....
Second goal was to have the equipment and experience to bring, where possible, this also into the classroom.

I've been using Homey for several years now, both personally and professionally. The range of features is simply fantastic, especially for people who don't have programming skills but prefer simple integrations. I particularly love the integration of third-party components based on wireless technology (e.g., Zigbee, Z-Wave, etc.) or Wi-Fi devices like air conditioners and photovoltaic modules. I previously used a different smart home manufacturer – only now with Homey have I realized the possibilities and am very satisfied. I will continue to work with Homey in the future.

I bought the latest Homey Pro to replace the smart home solution I had until now. This was incredibly easy to set up, the configuration was also extremely simple. It is impressively easy to integrate other systems' devices into a comprehensive system.

I agree with Homey's claim, "The world's most advanced smart home platform".

I can highly recommend Homey.

Asked athom explanation on fact that after buying a 399 euros homey pro stuff could not access premium features, Id advanced flow, without additional pay subscription. Shame, just shame

4 days after my upgrade with hue pro, homey sent me the link to download a test version and all works

Homey pro gekocht omdat ik zonnepanelen heb en meer geproduceerde elektriciteit zelf gaan gebruiken.
Ondanks dat ik geen IT achtergrond heb en nooit bezig ben geweest is het eenvoudig om met behulp van de Homey pro verbruik te meten en apparatuur zoals een laadpaal voor de elektrische auto aan te sturen. Het is heel eenvoudig om een "flow" Ook het energie dashboard dat ontwikkeld heeft een fantastische functionaliteit.
Bijkomende voordelen die ik gerealiseerd heb zijn:
- Verlichting aan/uit bij afwezigheid en met sensor
- Schakelen apparatuur op basis actuele stroomprijs
- Batterij niveau rookmelders monitoren
Zou alleen nog graag mijn warmtepomp willen aan sturen op voorspelling zon (nu alleen alleen andere weer voorspellingen beschikbaar).

Ik heb sinds een week een Homey Pro. En wat een belevenis! In alle jaren vele smart eilanden gebouwd Philips hue, smart airco’s een warmtepomp een ventilatiesysteem de iungo en ga zo maar door. De homey is nu de dirigent die alles aan elkaar knoopt en dat ging verrassend makkelijk! App installeren en nieuw apparaat aanmaken. ChatGPT is je hulp want deze weet veel van Homey. En dan de advanced flows superleuk om automatiseringen mee te maken. Deze flows en de laagdrempeligheid van de homey deden me kiezen boven home assistent ik zag mezelf geen Yanl leren. Die flows zijn ook nog eens simpel in stapjes te testen. Hiervan kunnen nog veel ontwikkelaars wat leren. Tip: maak een lijst van al je smart dingen en welke je nog wilt toevoegen kijk of er apps voor zijn en kies of je jezelf als techneut of gebruiker ziet indien gebruiker kies voor de homey.

Great device! And not only the device is great because of the functionalities but also the support department helps with the questions I had.

And of course it's important that the device is working properly but for me the support is also very important.

I changed my wifi password and was not able to excute the right procedures.
Effective answer to my request to help me. Problem solved in a very short time.

Recently, I had to deal with a defective Homey Pro, which was of course quite frustrating. Fortunately, I’m very satisfied with the support I received from Athom throughout the process.

From the very first contact, I was helped quickly and in a friendly manner. Customer service responded to my report in a timely fashion and actively thought along with me to find possible solutions. Once it became clear that the device was indeed defective, the return process was clearly explained and efficiently initiated.

What I especially appreciated was being kept well informed throughout the entire process. The communication was clear and professional. In a short time, I received a replacement device, and everything has been working perfectly since.

In short, while it’s always annoying when a device fails, I’m glad Athom does everything they can to help quickly and effectively. Excellent service!
