Customer service and instructions were easy. Even though, it was a bit of work to put it together, I liked knowing how it was constructed. It feels solid and I liked how many ways you could configure it. I also was very happy with the trial piece as I changed my layout based on how the 1 piece looked in the room

We were considering a HomeReserve small sectional. We ordered several fabric samples- they were REALLY BEAUTIFUL! We ended up FOR NOW sticking with our leather sofa and never did the single piece trial but we will definitely look at them again in the future when we decide to give up this sofa.

A lot of putting together the price…
A lot of putting together the price should be lower for the amount of work you have to put into the couch itself between sanding and assembly of every piece on top of fabric that fits so snug you feel like your going to rip it getting it on. I would consider something else in the future for sure. Basically thick plywood for the 1800 I spent not worth the brand new price tag at all I could get something pre assembled for that price and will in the future.

furniture is designed to ship flat-packed and be assembled at home, but we understand that the assembly amd fabric can feel like a lot of work, especially when expectations don’t match the experience.
The snug fabric fit is intentional so the finished piece has a clean, tailored look once assembled, but it should never feel so difficult that it takes away from the excitement of the new furniture. We really appreciate you sharing this feedback, and we’re sorry this left you feeling disappointed in the value of your purchase.

Great Instructions and Easy Assembly!
The sofa was easy to put together because the instructions were so detailed. I loved my fabric choice— it’s so comfortable, and the sofa (sectional) is exactly what I wanted it to be. I have used it every day for the last two weeks and love it. I also appreciate the customer service team getting back to me prior to my purchase, when I had questions about the dimensions (I was worried about the boxes fitting down my stairs, and the answers they gave me were both accurate and comforting). Everyone I have spoken to from Home Reserve has been overwhelmingly helpful and kind!

Home Reserve for the WIN!
The customer service team was GREAT! I started by trialing a deep seated unit and found it didn't suit me well. My service rep arranged for a truly hassle-free return, offered a trial of the standard depth unit, and had that unit out to me super quick. And it was perfect. Assembly was amazingly easy. I'm a "little old lady" with arthritis, living on my own, and I was able to handle assembly in one sitting all by myself. I love knowing that my new furnishings are made in the USA and built to last...easy to maintain, easy to repair (should I ever need to do that), easy to refresh with new covers if the mood strikes.

I'll make this short and sweet. I have the highest regard for this company and the excellent products I just bought from them. The quality is very obvious, but that wouldn't matter if it wasn't comfortable. There is where my one problem exists. When I relax on the sofa with my legs extended over the ottoman, I inevitably fall asleep. P.S. My dog loves it too.

Good look, not very comfortable
It look a long time to assemble my sectional sofa, probably about 8 hours. I got numerous splinters, both during assembly and later when putting items in storage. I wish both sides of each wooden piece was sanded. I like the style of the sectional and the texture and color of the fabric. The seat cushions are not comfortable for me to sit on for any length of time. I'm hoping the cushions will feel better as I break them in over time. I like the storage compartments under the cushions.

Very comfortable and great storage
Very comfortable and great storage! We love our sectional! A few of the boxes were missing parts, but customer service had them sent out right away so that we could finish assembling our sectional. I love the fabric-so durable and easy to wipe clean. Our dog gives it five stars, too!
