We love our new couch
We love our new couch! Yes, it took a minute to put together, but the instructions were incredibly clear and easy to follow (IKEA could take some notes from Home Reserve). Once you learn how to put one piece together, the rest come together fairly quickly.
I absolutely LOVE the fabric. We went with the Retriever fabric in Antler -- it is so soft, cleans so easily, AND looks so luxurious. I'm obsessed.

Replacement fabric
The new replacement fabric and cushions was wonderful, but I didn't get everything I thought I was getting and one of the replacements didn't match what I had on my first couch.

The Struggle is Real
Having 3 dogs, we like the idea of having a sofa that can be washed. And AMERICAN MADE! But the assembly was tougher than expected, with a little guesswork because the instructions weren't 100% accurate. And for the price, all the work you have to do to put the dang thing together was ridiculous. That, and expect sawdust to be everywhere.
We've only had it for a month, but so far spot-cleaning has been easy. The seat cushions don't stay in place, so that's annoying and the true reason I gave it 3 stars off the bat. I shouldn't have to put them back in place daily.
We'll keep the sofas because we have so much blood, sweat, and tears invested but if I knew what I know now, I would probably just buy a cheaper sofa with intent on replacing it every few years.

Not the furniture for us
The fabric swatches were lovely. I chose and ordered the trial section. The directions were clear on assembly but I was shocked that it was splintery press board for a base for the price paid. We put the whole thing together and proceeded to get wood chips and splinters all over the floor in the process. It did seem very comfortable but could not see myself assembling a whole sectional and paying that much for it so I chose to return it. Getting it all back into the original box was a struggle. You need to shrink the cushions back down using a vacuum and get them in the box and sealed up before they expand. The refund was quick and customer service good.

Love the look of our new sectional. The retriever fabric attracts lint which is a bit annoying but vacuums off easily. Delivery is not white glove ... we were challenged carrying all boxes inside. I recommend an option for inside delivery. I had the sectional assembled professionally not because of difficulty but rather the weight. The pressed wood chips rather easy so be prepared to cleanup. Biggest recommenation is live customer support. Proactively setup an appointment with customers to review configuration and set delivery expectations.

Excellent customer service! I have an older couch that is a different style. When I first received my cover, it didn’t fit right. I contacted Home Reserve and explained the situation. They quickly identified what I needed and sent it free of charge so that my cover would fit correctly. Thank you!

Great people, not just great furniture
Great furniture, great customer and a real 10 warranty! I had replacement pieces to fix a broken ottoman after one email. No back and forth, no "it can't be repaired"- just darn good customer service that has kept me as a customer for over 15 years. I will keep buying more when I need it.

Most comfy couch ever
I have placed five orders with Home Reserve. I started with the 60 day chair trial. I have added to my couch 2 pieces at a time. Three of my orders required me to seek help from customer service to change errors I had made. A real person was able to help me each time. I love my Home Reserve. My couch keeps growing and growing. It is velvety soft and very comfortable. I can't recommend them enough.

Love my new sectional
Love my new sectional. The delivery was great and I had it put together by myself in just a few hours. I'm 73 years old and was able to bring the boxes into the house by myself.

Amazing Products/Exceptional Customer Service
This company is top-tier for sure! Not only is the couch comfortable and stylish, but the warranty conveys the quality of their work and their pride in what they have to offer.
