Yall were awesome. The couch showed up within a couple weeks and while it took a bit to put together, it’s very sturdy, very comfortable and looks great

I ordered from Home Reserve because your product delivered everything I wanted. simplicity in design, color, storage, versatility, pet friendly, washable, and maximizing seating in a minimal amount of space. Everything is perfect! I was hesitant to order due to some reviews of challenges with putting the pieces together, but in actuallity, it was quite fun and I enjoyed it! If a 68 year old retiree can put together 5 pieces of furniture, anyone can! I'm amazed at the engineering that went into each piece that made the process so precise and simple!

We needed a custom couch for our size living room. Their team was able to help us come up with three different layouts. We chose what we liked the best & ordered the trial seat. We love the trial seat and the fabric. But decided not to go ahead and make the purchase at this time and to wait for our us to finish building our house. They were able to refund our money for the trial seat with no problem. We will definitely be ordering from them soon!

I've been using the couch for a little while now and it's comfortable, seems durable, and is overall a pretty good couch. I was pretty impressed with the fabric and the cushion material. It was packaged in a way that made it easy to move around, the packaging made sense, and the assembly was pretty straightforward. Be aware that the frame is made of OSB, so it is pretty dusty when building. It can also be a struggle pulling the covers over the OSB. A sanding block was included, but OSB can only get so smooth. I did also crack a piece, so be gentle while putting it together, OSB is not very resistant to bending. The storage space is pretty small and made of raw OSB, so putting blankets and stuff in there isn't an option and its not ideal for everyday items but would make a great place for board games, etc. The cushions seem a bit hard at first but they're actually very comfortable once you break them in. Also the back is covered in fabric but there is OSB directly behind the fabric so keep that in mind if there are outlets or plugs behind the sofa.

Sofa is very poor quality. The fabric does not fit the cushions. The cushions are uncomfortable. THe pressboard is not sanded, and pulls against the fabric in the back. It's doubled in price since 2021 and the quality is lower. Very unhappy with this product. Unfortunately we have a newborn and needed this as our eat-in breakfast nook so we decided to keep rather than completely take it apart and return ship it. But will never purchase again.

Home Reserve is always quick to resolve any issues I have. Life happens and sometime replacement parts are needed. It's great to know I can get my couch back in working order easily. Customer Service is top notch!!

Bought a sectional from HR 15 years ago. That sofa has been the place for eating, socializing, entertainment, and lounging. We put everything through the wash one time, after about 5 years. We found that almost everything could just be wiped off: red wine, salsa, ice cream, pets, blood, daily grime. We just spent 6 months and $$$ renovating the living room from floor to ceiling. Instead of replacing the sofa, we opted to rearrange and recover the old sectional. We love it.

The HR Customer Comfort Center still had the information from our original purchase, which made buying replacement covers a breeze. A pleasure to do business with, and a great long-term furniture investment.

The support agent helped me find my original order from 6 years ago. They put my cart together with the replacement parts I needed. I just had to click and pay!

We ordered the trial section. It doesn’t work for us at this time but the return process was so easy and quick. I hope to be able to try your product again in the future.

I originally ordered my Ali sectional in 2020. It has been an amazing sectional. With a large messy dog and several humans, easy to clean and remove and wash covers as needed. We moved and needed a larger sectional. I ordered new pieces which match perfectly. However I prefer one section in deep seat rather than regular. The customer service team was fantastic with help on returning and ordering the correct piece. I highly recommend Home Reserve to everyone! It is well worth the investment and time to put the pieces together. Order yours today!

Sofa exceeded expectations. It’s well built and very comfortable. Fabric is very durable and suitable for our cats. Order arrived ahead of schedule and is a great value.

I failed to order panels for my sectional (my error). I notified the staff and within days my sectional was complete. The instructions for completion of the sectional were comprehensive. The product exceeds expectation. After 30 years of trying to fit furniture into this oddly-shaped space, I can confidently say the room looks the best it ever has. I had a previous sectional that was just too deep and overwhelmed the space. THIS sectional is PERFECT!!

Customer Service was great. Even though I decided to return my test chair, it was still a pleasant experience.

It took me quite a while to communicate with Customer Service b/c it had to be done through email when all I wanted was to speak to a live person. That would have saved me a LOT of back-and-forth. I was looking for a specific pillow form, and it took way too long to finally learn that HR still carried the size I was looking for. In the past, you could talk to a real person...

It took a bit of time to put together. It took two people with a lot of experience putting furniture together more than a few hours. It would have been great if we could have found detailed videos how to do it. All we found were videos with people talking about how easy it was to put together. Not exactly helpful. The Ottoman cushion is definitely a two person job.

Perfect couch for our family. Very comfortable, easy to put together, and fits just where we needed it. Customer Service was beyond helpful and there when we had questions.

Missing parts, broken part. The cover is hard to get on correctly - always has wrinkles. The couch shows every bit of dog hair and stains. Havent tried washing yet but hoping it comes out ok.

I am so pleased with my Home Reserve purchase! The packaging was eco-friendly, well labeled, and each piece was extremely easy to assemble. The fabric is excellent quality, very soft, and fit like a glove. Additionally, the couch is SO comfortable and looks great in my space.
