Understanding and pragmatic claims advisors

I can't overly recommend this company.
I had been insured with Holloway for about 4 years and never suffered any injury or illness. But like a house or a car, suffering a loss by being unable to work is the reason we pay these type of premiums right?
I informed Holloway after my injury; they actually backdated the claim to the day that I initially informed them I'd become injured. The process was easy, quick and efficient and I started receiving payments in bi-weekly intervals.
Holloway also paid the freight on physiotherapy which was a nice touch.
A friendly, caring and integrity based insurer. I can attest that they are there for when you need them most.

So I think it was very sluggish in accepting my claim, but once they accepted it came together very quickly, I was back paid & paid then again at the regular fortnightly intervals.
My claims Assisant Heather Woodward, was absolutely exceptional & I believe she was instrumental in pushing my claim forward. When Heather told me she’d call back either on the same day or the next day that’s when she called, even if it was up to near 5:30pm, she always called back. Heather was always professional & very courteous and empathetic, I honestly believed she cared & wanted the best for me.
Heather became my point of contact via fone & email, she always knew where my case was at & it was a delight to deal with her.
Heather is an absolute credit to Hollaway Friendly & it’s her professionalism that would encourage me To recommend Holloway to others

You only truly find out how good or bad insurance is when you make a claim. I can honestly recommend Holloway Friendly and say I have received 5 star service from Luke and the team from the first day of my claim.

My claim was handled quickly by friendly staff. I am so glad that we took this policy out as it has really helped us to keep living while I have been off work with my illness.
