Holloway Friendly Arvostelua 

This year has been quite a year to try put behind me in terms of health because this is the first time I've had to break from work during my long working life. Diagnosed with cancer but treatable although very invasive left me with much needed convalescence meaning over 6 months off work. My policy with Holloway Friendly has given me worry free financial help whilst off work. Correspondence from Holloway's team has been clear and understanding at all times. At no time has there been pressure and just the odd email to ask how my recovery is progressing has left me probably to recover without any stress much quicker.
It's surprising how many people I know don't have any insurance cover on illness.
Although Holloway probably technically isn't the same as insurance as I understand it however it works pretty much the same way. I would recommend Holloway to anyone who wants piece of mind for the unseen problems that could lie ahead in life.

Not so Holloway friendly..Crooks..beware of get out clauses..read the small print and get any uncertainties clarified by professional people who understand jargon in income protection policies

Very easy company to deal with, prompt in their replies and assurances; customer service is friendly and approachable.
All round been a pleasure over the many years I have been with them.

Holloway friendly will find a way not to pay out even if it means using a dodgy GP’s assessment to overrule specialists. They will refuse to accept anything from your own doctor and make it as difficult as possible for you to provide evidence to support your claim.
I wouldn’t recommend this company to
anyone.

It’s not that they weren’t able to help me it’s more to the point that they refused to help and attempted to discredit me. Though they have since rejected any information from my GP including a sick note I suspect they will not be allowed to dismiss the report provided by my consultant.

Was off work due to a injury. Was very quick and easy to sort out any claim. Staff very helpful amd polite. Really recommended these people. Great experience.

Paula was very friendly on the phone, didn’t hassle me to purchase more and actually cared about what I had to say. This shows to me a company that cares about their customers.

I have been with this company for many years now, every time I’m unable to work through injury they are quick to respond, they pay quickly with no fuss..
The follow up you receive is second to none..
Everything is made extremely simple throughout the claims process by professional staff..
Not only that they care beyond what I consider necessary…

I have always had a very open mind about insurance companies, but not Holloway Friendly from the start they have looked after my interests and kept me up-to-date, I can honestly say they have been a lifesaver and I do not know where I would be without them.

Excellent customer service, you have helped me much more than I was even asking for.

Paula Brown went over and above in assisting me with every aspect of the issues i have with my Plan, she replied when she said she would and had all the possible information i required. If everyone i talked to had the same attitude as Paula then perhaps my Plan issues would have been less problematic.

Holloway Friendly have been a lifeline to us. We’ve had our policy for about 20 years but recently my husband had a stroke so we needed to make a claim on our income policy. The staff were so supportive. We’ve had no pressure from them to submit constant sick notes, medical evidence etc which is so helpful when you’re already stressed out with medical issues and juggling therapy/hospital appointments etc. The staff ring us every few months, for an informal friendly chat about how he is doing and offer support such as access to their Member Assistance Program which is free and provides a complete support service providing access to information, counselling and emotional support and wellbeing. I can’t recommend them enough. Very professional and supportive.

If it wasn’t for this company my life would of been over, they have continued to support me while I have been very Unwell and even now still supporting me while I’m trying to get back to being my normal self slowly,
I couldn’t recommend this company enough
