The chair is very pretty but sadly it wasn't for me... The support and return process is awesome though :(

Chair and customer service is great. FedEx had a bad label on shipping and chair got returned mid way upon contacting customer service shipped another chair right away and were very courteous. Hoping to use it for years to come.

I had an issue with the seat of a chair I had for only 4 months. While not technically covered under the warranty, Hinomi went out of their way to make the situation right. A replacement was sent along with instructions on how to remove and replace the seat. All during the process Hinomi was in contact to make sure any issues I had were addressed.

Great company to work with, the quality of the chair was like something worth twice what I paid, great adjustments, however I have hamstring tendonitis so it didn't suite me for this reason and i returned the chair, but the support was great they sorted me out thanks 👍

After careful comparison, I bought one for my home workdesk. It's so comfy that I struggle to stay awake when I recline it just right. That extendable leg rest is a lifesaver when you just want to kick back and relax. The frame of the chair is sturdy but flexible, and the mesh material keeps me cool even after hours of sitting. Hats off to HINOMI for such a well-thought-out design!

It's a great chair, and the seller's just as awesome! We bought a second chair for my husband not long after and we're planning to get another one. Here's hoping the seller offers a loyalty discount or throws in a little something extra for buying multiple chairs.

For the chair itself, all good and comfortable. Installation is simple. Chair is adjustable to accommodate different posture. Sturdy (heavy) yet easy to move around. The difference is obvious when you sit on the chair that cannot be adjusted. When I work in office I would really miss this chair (in my house) so much, working from home is so much more comfortable now. Minus 1 star because of the shipping delay due to out of stock, then finally managed to get a staff to really fix a delivery date and make sure delivery is done.

There’s no truer saying than ‘you get what you pay for’. While this chair may be more expensive than others you might consider, it is genuinely worth the investment. The support it offers is far superior to any other chair I've used. Spending long hours seated, as I often do, is no longer a draining experience…..

I’ve been usin’ the Hinomi H1 Pro for a few weeks now and I gotta say, it’s the best chair I’ve ever had. The adjustable features are a lifesaver, especially the 3D lumbar support. I can work for hours without feelin’ any discomfort. The chair was also super easy to assemble, took me about 5 mins. Delivery was quick and the customer service was top-notch. Highly recommend!!!!!
