I reached out to customer support to request a smaller gas lift, and I was pleasantly surprised by how accommodating they were.

The representative I spoke with was incredibly helpful and understanding. They quickly arranged to ship me a smaller gas lift at no additional cost, which was a relief. The replacement process was straightforward, with clear instructions provided for an easy swap.

Overall, my experience with Hinomi's customer service was fantastic. They went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction, making the entire process seamless. I highly recommend them for their outstanding support and commitment to customer care!

Initially, I believed our HINOMI chair needed fixing (it turned out to be a different brand of office chair). After reaching out to their customer support via email, I received a quick response within thirty minutes. In the business world time is money; hence, a prompt response is greatly valued. Collaborating with them to find a solution was a delight. Upon closer inspection, it became clear that the chair in question was not from HINOMI. I can say with certainty that if we ever need help in the future, HINOMI will ensure a smooth and hassle-free process.

Had an issue with the armrest that was quickly address and troubleshooted. When s new party needed to be ordered it was all provided to me and quickly. Thanks

I purchased the chair and upon assembly I noticed the left arm rest was loose. They offered the extended warranty and after qualifying I took videos of the issue and sent them to support. I figured I had a wait but the next day they responded with two images and a video on the procedure.
After failing I reached out and they provided a more in depth guide. This proved to be the method and after a short time the arm rest was tightened.
Some mfg takes their sweet time but not Hinomi. They responded within a day.
Not many will provide such service in today’s world. Most just want your $$ and reaching out is almost non existent.
I am totally satisfied with their product and I will recommend them to others.

I made a purchase for the x1 for my new apartment and I really like it. Although the parts are kinda heavy, it wasn’t hard for me to assemble. During the unpacking process, I found a little broken on the right armset and I reflected that to the customer service team. They truly amazed me by their timely response and solution. I had my new arm set part arrived and replaced with the broken one with detail instructions.

I am trying to return a chair I purchased (because it is very uncomfortable to use). They have a 30 day return policy, and I initiated the return with their online form. I received an email about how to adjust the chair, and responded to this to ask for instructions on how to actually return the chair. I still have not gotten a response. Their online chat person also just said that they will send an email and did not actually give a proper response. I would avoid this brand, the product doesn't really do what it's meant to and the customer service is terrible.

EDIT: I have changed this review from 1 star to 4. They did ultimately provide good service to complete the return. I believe the online chat and email only communication significantly slows down the process. Overall, although a bit slow initially the customer service experience was good.

Support quickly help me with my H1 chair.
After determining the issue, they quickly sent me a replacement part. I am happy with the prompt response and polite support!

The Hinomi client service is super fast.
I actually needed to replace a gas lift for my chair, for being a bit high, it only took four days to deliver the lift for me.

Chaise de bonne qualité très confort, peut faire mal au dos au début mais il faut s’en servir 2 semaines mini je dirais avant que son corps si fasse et après c’est nickel, plus de mal de dos rien.
Le SAV est très bon aussi, j’ai eu un petit soucis avec le dossier de ma chaise, et ils m’ont renvoyé un très rapidement.
