Great company to deal with - responsive and great product

I had a major product failure that rendered my chair unusable. I contacted support, and got a response that very same day! They asked for a little more information and then shipped replacement parts that arrived within a week. They also provided me directions to replace these parts, and my chair was as good as new within a week! Could not have asked for better customer service. Special thanks to Vit from Customer Support who was especially helpful.

I had a problem with the back sit of my hinomi chair. After some brief troubleshooting, Hinomi sent me a replacement back sit at no cost. They said it will take 3-7 business days. It arrived in 2 days!

Problems will happen, but what we customers can hope for is to have great service to work through any problems without stress. I can confirm that Hinomi customer service is top class and for that alone, I would recommend their products.

Your rep took minimal info and no real documentation and found my original chair purchase. They then asked me pertinent questions about my problem and diagnosed what was actually going on. Then they provided a solution to a mechanical failure that was above and beyond. Minor follow up glitches were dealt with efficiently and my original complaint was disposed of entirely. I have rarely experienced this level of customer service. I would rate your company in my top five.

Great products, good support, fast service. I got their H1 pro and it has been super comfortable and going strong since I got it.

My H1 Pro had a lose screw inside the armrest that caused the adjustment mechanism to not function properly. I sent the team a video and picture and they promptly sent me a video showing me how to fix the issue and offered to replace the armrest if it was a defect.

Their guidance fixed the issue and everything is working properly now.

I ordered Hinomi’s H1 Pro chair. I thought it was a really good price considering all the features you get with this ergonomic chair.

I had been looking for one in my own country, but they were simply too expensive for what you got for the money.

To speed up the delivery for me, they shipped the chair with a standard gas lift and sent the gas lift for the size I had ordered in a separate package.
Unfortunately, the postal service had damaged the package containing the separate gas lift, so it wasn’t in the package when it arrived.

I received very quick assistance from Hinomi, and they contacted the delivery company to find out what had happened. At the same time, I got a partial refund on my purchase, and they sent me a new gas lift for free as soon as they had it in stock.

Communication was consistent. I presented the evidence of a misalignment and options to resolve the issue were given to me within 1 week. A replacement back was sent and resolved the issue. This was over the holiday season so delays were expected but I found it reasonable.

Customer support was outstanding. When my shipments got stuck, they were prompt in contacting the shipping company to get my package found and pushed through. Package arrived before Christmas in good condition. One of the arm rests were a little loose but nothing I couldn’t fix myself. Otherwise, I love my Hinomin H1 Pro Chair!

I've got an H1 Pro Ergonomic Office Chair. Good quality, it seems to be durable, and it is easy to assemble. It's an Excellent chair.

I purchased the X1 Ergonomic Office Chair about six months ago. I could not be happier with its design, comfort, function, and durability.

Recently, I noticed a few minor issues I wanted to address: a creaking sound in the armrest and some mesh fabric wear due to the lumbar support rubbing against the upper back panels.

I contacted support via email, and the response was supportive and efficient. Vit. T quickly verified the issue and sent replacement parts within two days. There was no consent back and forth or excuses, just quality support.

A company's products are only as good as the support they put behind them. Hinomi has won me over, and I will happily shell out money for any of their products.

The wife and I both bought a Hinomi chair, an H1 Pro & X1. The chairs are fenomenal in there own ways and I would not change a single thing. The comfort, design, and customization on the chair is what makes them both great! I would highly recommend these chairs to anyone.
To also mention the great support team who addressed a concern of mine and my wife with the chair being just a couple of inches too low. They were generous enough to send me two gas risers medium sized (instead of the small that we had originally ordered). Very helpful, and quick to resolve our concerns!

The shipper broke the first chair. Hinomi responded within 24 hours and set up a return and replacement. The chair is very comfortable and the amount fo adjustments are excellent. I'm still tweaking the settings for the perfect fit.

Oh wow, first time customer of Hinomi here and I love them already! It's a rare thing to find a company that puts this much effort into the service they provide.

I ordered a #Hinomi H1 Pro V.2 ergonomic chair last Friday and I've been blown away by Hinomi's communications skills. From start to finish they've kept me informed at every step of the order process. From ordering to despatch, to collection by the courier and even to notify me when the courier was due. They even notified me that my parcel had arrived and sent me a thank you email for my custom. Impressive you might say, but then to add the final icing to the cake, the lovely people at Hinomi also sent me a £10 voucher off my next purchase, fabulous!

Everything about this company screams quality! From their commitment to service, the quality of their products and an aftersales team to match, what more could anyone want.

Well my new chair has certainly done that! I could feel my back pains melting away as I sat in it last night, and it's already got me thinking of other ways to improve my work environment. This is certainly no ordinary chair, it's a Hinomi, highly ergonomic and highly desirable!

Compared to my previous 'premium' office chair, the H1 Pro V2 is highly flexible and creative with many features that can be adjusted for an individual user. Its relatively light but durable mesh material is a pleasing replacement for the previous faux leather that began to peel over time.
The H1 Pro V2 was well boxed and definitely easy to assemble. There was one minor but irritating issue with the right armrest which was quickly replaced after documenting the problem with an accompanying photo.
The adjustable lumbar support and headrest are much appreciated as is the reclining feature. Surprisingly, I find that I frequently use the flip-up armrest feature. On the other hand, the extendable leg rest is manageable but a bit awkward for my longer leg length.
The price point and value for money were major considerations for me. I am pleased with the overall quality and design and have no hesitation recommending the Hinomi H1 Pro V2.

The product is amazing and when I had issues with the chair a year later customer service was amazing and gave me tips to fix the issue.
