Great customer service

I ordered a set of waterproofs from Hike Summit, but unfortunately the sizing was much smaller than expected and not “true to size” as the guide suggested. That said, Hike Summit resolved the issue quickly and efficiently, and the correct size is already on its way.

Communication throughout the entire process has been excellent, and customer service has been very responsive and helpful. I would recommend ordering two sizes larger than you would normally wear.

AVOID, it’s a scam website

I ordered a sleeping bag with an advertised delivery time of 5-7 days. It’s 19 days later and I have not received it. Having sent numerous emails to customer service it’s been laughable - I was sent a tracking link when I asked for one but it was caveated by saying “do not take note of the delivery date as this is wrong”. Further emails asking for a refund have been met with unhelpful comments such as “as for delivery, that’s in the hands of the courier now” which is breach of the consumer rights act. Unfortunately I’ve had to reclaim the money through my bank, I have also initiated a report branding standards. I suggest you avoid

Bought a sleeping bag for cold weather.

Bought a sleeping bag for cold weather.
The website delivery options indicate it would be delivered by Royal Mail - 2-5 working days. It actually comes from China so wouldn't arrive in time for trip.
Unable to cancel order.
The sleeping bag was the wrong colour and did not look very good quality to send my daughter out in cold weather.
The bag was £90 but cost £40 to return.
Very disappointed and poor value.
Would not use again.

Scam website, reselling Temu items for 10x their price

This website is a total scam. Ordered womens shorts for £35 and they’ve arrived nothing like the picture and have been shipped in a Temu bag. I waited weeks for this to arrive so it’s just the usual scam site. Awful quality, not what I’ve paid for.

Rubbish !

Terrible boots and took weeks to arrive. Not waterproof, and not ture to size, very small. This is not a uk company they are based abroad.

Item took nearly a month to arrive…

Item took nearly a month to arrive after several emails asking for updates. When the item did arrive it was not needed as it took that long to come , i did ask to cancel my order when i spent nearly a month waiting for it but they said i couldnt cancel and would be able to return it when it arrived. Their return options however are to send it back overseas and fund that youself which can cost nearly as much as said item or a 50% refund and keep the item or swap for free. Which is ridiculous , i will never buy of this company again i wish id never ordered off them and would recommend people dont make my mistake and save themselves time and money.
