Only received half of order

I ordered a hat online and when receiving an order summary It said I would receive a free 40L hiking bag. I was very excited.

I was then sent another email saying that I would shortly receive an email with my tracking number, this was very sent. After many back and forth emails and being promised the hat had already been sent, I was sent the tracking code.

The time eventually came when the hat arrived but to my surprise, the hat wasn't there. After emailing about this, I was told that the bag was part of a promotional campaign and that not every order qualifies for this, despite being told otherwise.

I will not be using this company again and neither should you.

Avoid this company at all costs

Avoid this company at all costs. My husband ordered me a pair of walking sandals for my birthday. They sent a completely different pair in the wrong size. When he asked for a complete refund they said free returns weren’t possible so they offered him a 60% refund and obviously he said no. Since then none of his emails have been answered. Appalling service

**** WARNING. The company have since taken another £29 from his account which appears to be for some sort of subscription. This was not authorised and his bank is in the process of sorting it out. Once again DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY***

Ordered an expensive high performance…

Ordered an expensive high performance sleeping bag ans was sent a very poor quality version with performance rated at 0 to +15. Hardly any down filling with large gaps that are empty.
Demanded a refund or replace with correct item and all I get is false BS from customer services.
Thet now say that refunds are available at 110% of order value.
This company is a disgrace.

Please never use this company

Please never use this company. Our experience is that it’s a scam. They sent the wrong item (they sent a poor quality sleeping bag instead of what we ordered and paid a lot for). After communication with them, they said to order the item again and they’d refund the first. So, we ordered and paid again. They never refunded the first item. They sent the same wrong item a second time. As if that was their normal practice. When we said that we’d like to return both incorrect items and get a refund (which the company say is possible), they gave us a solitary option of returning them to China at our expense!?! Furthermore, I wrote a review on Trustpilot which they asked me to take down and they’d refund one incorrect item. They didn’t give any refund. I’m an experienced expedition leader and I strongly advise to never use this company.

Avoid like the plague.

Avoid like the plague! What an absolute shambles of a company. I ordered my shoes weeks ago and they still aren't here. They are blaming their courier and are not taking responsibility. I am fighting for a refund now as I have had to buy more shoes elsewhere. Customer service is terrible as well. No help at all.

To clarify the situation, as your order had already been dispatched, it was unfortunately no longer technically possible for us to intercept the parcel in transit. This is why we advised you to accept the delivery in the first instance.

Please rest assured that our ultimate goal is always to ensure your total satisfaction. We are, of course, more than happy to issue a full refund. For security reasons and to resolve the matter correctly, we simply need to arrange a standard return process once you have received the goods.

The team at Hike summer managed to help me after I didn’t receive a tracking number on the 18th June email was sent today 24th June and within 5 minutes they managed to get track my parcel and resent a tracking number

Late delivery and shocking return policy

Ordered a sleeping bag for a trip. Spoke to a real person about expected delivery time and explained I would have to return goods if arrived after my trip. No mention made of extremely difficult returns policy or costs of goods shipped back to China. Impression throughout was a UK company. Goods took 9 days to arrive, 2 days later than expected deadline, so need to return. Cue 7 calls unanswered every time of day throughout week and 4 emails, all getting same standard email without return information. Shocking. Will not order again ever.

I do NOT recommend this company.

I do NOT recommend this company.

The first time I ordered, I waited 2 weeks for delivery, only to receive the wrong size (too small). They then offered to send me a larger replacement without asking me to return the original item, but they never actually sent anything.

The quality is poor, and the waiting time is far too long. This is clearly a factory from China, not the UK as it may seem.

I was also supposed to receive a free backpack with my order, which of course never arrived.

Very disappointing experience. I will now be trying to get my money back through my bank, as I don’t want anything more to do with this company.

Avoid this company at all costs. Definitely not recommended.

Scam

Scam. Tous les avis positifs sont probablement faux, pour augmenter leur score moyen et mettre des avis positifs en tete de liste. Regardez les scores "1" pour decouvrir la verite sur ce site. Si vous commandez vous recevrez des articles tres bas prix de tres mauvaise qualite en prevenance de Chine. Ils vous proposeront de rembourser 30% pour "vous eviter des couts de retours eleves". Rien n'est vrai sur ce site. EN plus ils vous prelevent des frais tous les mois en vous embarquant dans un programme VIP non choisi.
