The follow-up and unnecessary calls
The follow-up and unnecessary calls to the call center to get simple progress was frustrating why were my reports not sent to the doctor why did I have to chase the reports when they were clearly available for over five days unacceptable

If it is about availability of the current physio I am seeing, I saw just one slot available for the current week. So instead of having a one week catch up now it will be after 10 days.
