Brilliant and understood everything I needed

HBS are generally very good but are limited in what they can do in the event of problems with the services they represent. However they do things quickly and efficiently.

Not good. All I want to do is talk to a human. I understand you are saving money but I think it drove me mad. You keep asking me for a report and it so long ago I have forgotten most about it. It did arrange a specialist appointment in Swindon when I live in Dorset and London!!!

Solid process to engage a specialist and then getting treatment was easy.

Mixed bag… quick to arrange telephone appointments within 24 hours and a physical examination within 7 days . Unfortunately comms not so good following and had to chase up to be told there would be a further delay

I had the opportunity to undertake several clinical assignments with HBSUK at the University Hospital of Wales and in Bridgend. My experience was very positive throughout.

The HBSUK team were professional, organised, helpful and easy to communicate with. They provided excellent support and made the arrangements run smoothly. I also thoroughly enjoyed working in Wales and found the hospital teams welcoming and supportive.

I would happily work with HBSUK again and recommend them to other healthcare professionals.

Appointments only half an hour so first appointment there was no treatment just identification of issue which when my travel to and from appointment taken into account means more time travelling than addressing a painful problem. No manipulation to relieve the pain or advice. They were also running late by about 15mins which was a little irritating as had arrived early as requested but nice comfy chair so all OK. However on next visit I got stuck in (not on google maps) road closures not far from destination and although I just made it within the '10min late' cutoff time my appointment was cut short by 10mins. As the first 10mins of this appointment was again an assessment of the problem then only 10mins of very gentle massage and a promise to send through some exercises but not trial or discussion of exercises. Exercises require bands which need to be bought from internet which requires some research (there are lots of different types out there so what resistance will be ok?) and now am doing exercises - though having trouble doing one due to pain. My main question is one of value for money - I have had much better physio experiences.....we will see how it goes.

The process from the beginning of the booking up till when I saw the Physio was seamless.

The Physio was patient with me as well, taking me through a positive patient journey.

The website/dashboard is user-friendly.

Initial call was brilliant - easily identified and verified me and was quick to explain process for what I was after - referred to physiotherapist for phone assessment. What followed was a barrage of emails and app access all requiring login in and password set up then forms to complete which duplicated info and a host of questions which didn't apply to me or allow me to explain my case. When I actually spoke to someone a week later it was easy to assess that my existing osteopathic treatment is suitable. The two phone calls contained everything required and concluded the case.

Getting appointment with Physiotherapist was easy. I didn’t feel the professional knew anything about my problem/issue. He was helpful & referred me onto consultant swiftly.

Such an amazing experience. The physio I spoke to was very knowledgeable and after a few minutes chatting to she, she was able to understand what my problem was and recommended exercises to remedy the issue.
One week of exercises and I’m almost as good as new. Only my stubbornness made delay getting help & I'm really glad that I did.
Process was easy, response was very quick and I have a follow-up appointment already planned.

Friendly approach and appropriate treatment plan.

Phone calls were on time and callers were polite and helpfull. It was pointed out to me that I needed to be checked out at A & E and physio was only by Online video, which I felt was inappropriate.
I had to decline the Online video course due to further tests being required.

I contacted HBSUK for a joint issue and got an appointment very quickly with a physio to discuss my problem. Diagnosis was clear. However, when the exercise plan came through, 2 of the 5 exercises required additional equipment (that I didn't have) and despite the agreed being to exercise 3 times a week, every day said 'no exercise today'. The user interface in general could be more intuitive.
