Although a little long winded, great process and a virtual meeting with a specialist at the end of it.
The specialist then followed up with a letter that I could present to my insurer who then authorised the treatment I require
I would use this service again as very impressed by it

I found the forms extremely repetitive, its clear you dont pass this information on to the healthcare provider as I had to input it all again once I was on their own portal, so I have concerns about the amount of personal, health related data you are collecting and why.
