Fabulous customer service, was sent the wrong costume and within 4 days I recieved the correct one, no problems at all, ordered sea siren, costume is great quality, will definitely use these again.

Avoid at all cost. Ordered 2 items which still haven't been delivered, tried to get through to customer service with is just as good as their deliverers. Waste of money and time.

The customer service has been good…but some of the products not so. Ordered a Peter Pan outfit, it’s ok. Also ordered a Tinkerbell outfit with wings. These arrived really crumpled; advised by customer service to lay them under something heavy. This sort of worked, but the wings were so heavy that they fell sideways rather than remaining upright. Oh, and the dress was REALLY short. I wish I’d got something cheaper from eBay…

Package was damaged in transit. Contacted customer services, they were fantastic. Replied to my message within a few hours.
Advised they would resend the entire order express delivery as costume as needed for specific date. The make up for the out fit was out of stock but they advised they would refund me the money and ship the rest of my order to avoid delays. I was kept informed.
It was refreshing to receive great customer service.

If I could give no stars I would. Returned item yet they still kept charging me (by Clearpay) for it.

They eventually refunded me over 4 months later but took a”restocking fee” of $14 (yes, dollars, as despite the .co.uk name they’re actually based in the USA!) and then advised that they don’t refund the shippping fee.

Avoid at all costs. I certainly won’t ever be using them again.

Terrible quality.Extortionate fees if you are not happy with low quality product.

You get less then 1£ quality product but pay 25£ for it.

Ordered 2 dog collars worth 25£ each. Received a poor quality product that wouldn’t have
Lasted one day. Had to pay 7£ in shipping fees and they claim a 18% restocking fee.

Really poor quality product. Even worse customer service who hide behind their policies. Quick enough to take my money, but suggest a refund can take up to 4 weeks to receive the refund, after they process the return, which itself can take up to 2 weeks. Then on top of that, they don’t return the whole amount. Lesson learned - stick to shopping with Amazon.

ordered my item paid for express delivery should have been delivered 2 days later we are now 14 days from when i ordered my item and it is still with UPS despite having contacted UPS it has not arrived. the only saving grace is i got a refund. Ordered the item in plenty of time before i required the item however like most of the reviews i was left disappointed

I placed an order on Friday and decided to read the reviews after I had already purchased (silly, I know). I became quite worried as most of the reviews weren’t great however I’m so pleased with my order. I ordered from the UK and it was delivered to me within days I couldn’t believe how fast delivery was and the costume is perfect! Thank you 👍🏻

Avoid this company if there is any chance you may return your items. 18% restocking fee is ridiculous.
£15 for someone to place it back on a shelf!

I would never use this company. I sent a parcel back and waited months for a refund. I was then only sent a partial refund with no explanation. Still waiting a response from the company after sending a third email. Please be aware and do not use this company.

My delivery took 21 days to arrive. During that time I sent two emails requesting an update but did not get a reply until almost a week later when I got an 'automated' reply. Even now that the outfit has arrived I am disappointed with the quality (it's not like it was cheap). Guess I should have checked the reviews before ordering as it seems that most people have had a bad experience.

Ordered a Christmas jumper on bank holiday Monday afternoon (27th Dec) and despite Tuesday also being a bank holiday, it arrived before 10am on Wednesday. Fantastic quality, accurate sizing and I’ll definitely order from them again when I need fancy dress. Only criticism is it would be good to have the washing/care instructions on the product details e.g. hand wash, dry clean, machine washable.
I’m assuming the other reviewers complaining about returns didn’t read that they’re an American company before purchasing, and that returns will cost a lot, have a restocking charge and take a long time. Quite standard with all purchases/returns between UK & US. American friends have the same issue when returning stuff to companies over here! The restocking charge is high but it is clearly stated in their returns policy…

Disgusting I ordered a wig and returned it 6 weeks ago and just got a refund £17.00 less what I paid for it.

Do not use this company, I sent back a return which was signed for at their depot on the 29th October, it took 5 weeks of me having to chase for my money back, before they eventually processed it.

When I got the refund it was over £10 less than what I paid for the original costume, their explanation is that they deduct a returns fee from all returns to cover their own costs!!

That’s a disgrace and I’ll never buy from them again.

Ordered the storybook lion costume, I was a bit worried when I read the reviews after purchasing but I'm glad I didnt read them first. I'm not quite sure why they are so bad because my costume was of high quality and delivered on time. Will definitely be using this site again.

Do not use this company!!!! I sent my items back on 4th November 2021, the tracking which on their returns label was a UK address shows received 5th November 2021. Still no refund!!! Complete joke!
