Mad About Horror Arvostelua 

I’m gonna be honest, i have nothing against this shop, i’m sure it works fine for some but i need to tell my truth. I ordered (it was what two or 3 years ago) a Freddy glove from Part 4. And the box came ABSOLUTELY crushed and damaged. That frustrated me. I have the proof that it was at this shop, i even have one of these Gremlins Cards Mad About Horror. I know it is too late to complain about that but i was young and i didnt knew i could say something about it. It was heavily damaged, im not being picky with a small detail. So when i see that you answer to a customer that they failed to protect a box returning their item (which i understand it is fine) or that you’re selling with a reduction a part 2 glove because the box isnt perfect, it is only now that i understand that i should have said something and that it wasnt normal. Just my two cents. Its over now (and anyway i live in France, returning it would have been painful).

Amazing Horror company, everything and much much more you could ever want from a great Horror company. The stuff they sell is such great quality, robust, sturdy and just great merchandise and all other stuff. The price for the stuff is well priced for the quality you get. Customer service is very good and respond back in a timely manner and are very professional and manage emails/messages very well indeed. Packaging is spot on and packaged extremely well and secure and depending on where your items coming from, I think it is shipped pretty quick and you are always kept up to date via emails with tracking provided. All round an extremely good company, you want Horror stuff to buy? you gotta go to 'Mad About Horror', me personally would not settle for anything else.

I used Mad about horror for the first time and ordered a couple of the Animatronics.

The animatronics look awesome and the quality is excellent, the build is also fairly simple.

There was a problem with too much range of motion in the jaw of one of the animatronics however the team were more than happy to assist and offered a replacement if their advice didnt work.

Not their fault but in transit the motor (which has different range of motion settings) had moved forward. It was a case of holding the jaw shut and pulling it back to the correct start state, extremely simple to do.

I cant wait to get these out at halloween and scare the neighbours. I will be using them again in the future.

Awesome website, always reliable and fast communication from them. Every item I have ordered, the items have been packaged securely and safely with pretty cool little horror character postcards inside. Would highly recommend this site.

ordered Jason pyjama bottoms. thought the design looked cool, and in the pic they look like decent quality. they arrive a few days later and oh boy. they come and I open them excitedly. what im met with is some 100% polyester, temu quality stuff. in the picture the print is also larger, when in real life its a lot smaller. I wouldn't say it cost them £40 to make this cheap landfill, so I dont see why they would price it that high. you imagine some sort of quality when paying that much just for some pyjama bottoms. won't buy from the again. ONLY good thing I can say is that at least they arrived, and arrived fast. typically when buying this temu slop they either never arrive.

Mad about horror for me are the go to for all things horror merchandise related they are exceptional, would definitely recommend!

Honestly such an incredible shop. I ordered an Eric Draven LDD for my mum for her birthday, and paid the extra shipping costs for 1-2 day express. Unfortunately, DPD didn't turn up for the evening collection or the following morning one either. I dropped them an email as I was worried, and a lovely lady called Sarah responded very quickly to explain what had happened, and reassured me that they had arranged alternative delivery via FedEx instead. I received my order in a timely manner after the issue was resolved. So a huge thank you to Sarah for all her help, and to the rest of the MAH team too! I'll definitely be ordering again. Quick responses, very willing to resolve issues (the solution was already in place by the time I emailed I think), and just all round great customer service, and my item arrived so well packaged! It was secure and protected, without being Fort Knoxed. Thank you MAH!!!

I have used Mad About horror many times now and their customer service is amazing.

Products arrive fast and in perfect condition, support is very responsive. Prices are fair and people who work for them are so nice and clearly understand and are passionate about the products they sell.

I asked to pre-order an item not yet available and though it was going to be months before the stock arrived I was not forgotten. How they keep track of customer enquiries extended over such lengthy periods is beyond me, the week the items i wanted were due to arrive, they dropped me a pre-emptive nudge and product link.
