Horrible customer service! I paid a large amount for next day delivery and product took over a week to arrive - I provided them with information on the failed delivery and they are refusing to refund. I have asked them to speak with UPS and they have said, quite rudely that they won’t - even though UPS won’t speak with me as I am not to client. Their tone is rude, unhelpful and lazy.

O.k I have ordered a few items from this company that have turned up and have been half decent to be fair (even if a bit pricey) and this feedback could of been so much different if it wasnt for what happened today...
I purchased a sea witch wig that cost over £40 with delivery, it turned up and it was shocking to say the least (family and friends agree it is nothing like the one advertised and that I paid for). I messaged the company in the live chat and sent pictures to see about returning for a different wig or refund, to be told that they will not refund/replace a wig under any circumstances once it has been opened, then to rub salt in the wound I was told it looked the same as advertised and it was just a few hairs out of place! At this point I am fumeing, as it clearly wasnt just a few hairs out of place, it looked awful, nowhere near the quality I had expected from their advert. The lady with the dog filter came across as very contradicting and after going back and fourth and getting nowhere with her, she pretty much told me that I had to style the wig myself with hair products, seriously a lawnmower coukdnt fix it! I tried to stay polite about it all but I wasnt happy with this at all, so I emailed the company and sent the pictures again and was told again they will not refund as I had opened it and that is their policy, please explain how are you meant to check your item if you are not allowed to open it? Are we meant to have x ray vision or something??? If I had received the wig and just changed my mind, then fair enough but I clearly showed them that the wig I received wasnt the quality of the one advertised and I just wanted whay I had paid for!
Anyway, after the poor customer service received today and after receiving such an awful item, that I am really not happy with and that I wont ever use and can not get my money back for, I will be taking my custom elsewhere from now as this has really put me off!

Bought a costume for a book day and what an awful product this is. Buttons fell off instantly and so ill fitting it’s unreal. Horrible company and no customer service to speak of. Do not buy from these people.

Was initially worried after realising the product comes from america and not uk as i believed based on the .co.uk website. After reading horror reviews i wasnt very optimistic, however. Delivery time was actually good considering. Outfit is overpriced for the quality but im a happy customer so thought i would leave a positive review.

I wish I had read the reviews before buying. It took 2 weeks from receipt of my returns for them to even contact me. One item has still not been processed and the rest of the items have only been partially refunded due to the restocking charge. Together with the original shipping charges, the cost of posting the return and the only partial refund, I have lost quite a bit of money on this order. Absolutely appalling service!

Avoid at all costs -

Sent a substandard item of poor quality.

Size didn't match that of the sizing chart.

Took 6 weeks to get a refund - after several emails and their kicking the process into the long grass

Only got a refund when I raised the account with Clearpay.

Didn't process a full refund, citing an "18% restocking charge"
(Which is annoying when the return was down to their quality, not my choice)

Online chat support belligerent and argumentative.

Just $H1T. Avoid.

Customer Service virtually non-existent, and be warned that ordering from the .co.uk site ships your orders from the US. Been over 2 weeks whilst paying for the expensive, faster delivery. Wish I read the reviews before ordering.

Ordered a UK size 7 heels but they are from china and are more like a size 4! I informed the company and they have refused to pay returns postage. Avoid at all costs. They have a UK website but do not operate within the UK. They do not follow UK trading standards rules.

Please look elsewhere the quality is absolutely ridiculous paid £373 for Santa suit and could have got better for £50 also £75 for boots which did not fit and returned them am now told have to wait 4 weeks on my refund because they are a USA based company cannot get them on the phone before 2pm and will not respond to emails better quality goods elsewhere for half the price

Do not purchase from this website. I ordered the male aristocrat costume for Halloween. Within the first hour of wearing it all buttons had fallen off the waistcoat and the waistcoat started to fray at the seam where it is attached to the jacket.
I raised a complaint but they have refused to give me a full refund because the costume has been worn and would only offer me 15%. I paid over £60 and feel this is an insult. They are in breach of the consumer rights act and I have escalated to trading standards. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE

The customer service team is great and were super helpful after my order was lost en route to me, however I really wish I’d checked reviews before ordering - when the outfit finally arrived it was awful, completely ill-fitted, super cheap and just badly made, unfortunately it ripped pretty much immediately. My order came to around £70ish and it was absolutely not worth that much - also delivery was £16.99?! Over all a massive rip off, the only reason I’m giving two stars is because of the lovely staff member that I spoke to. Do not recommend.

I ordered a lovely outfit and decorations for a party I was having. Ordered 20 days before the party and my order, which was nearly £300 worth, and it isn’t going to arrive in time. I thought I was ordering from a uk based company as it’s a .co.uk website but it’s American. Customer service couldn’t care less.

This company is woeful. I ordered from what I thought was UK company, a Victorian Ghostly Lady. When I phoned I was told from some inept person that it's oversold, then she said 'oh it will be with you on Friday'
I phoned again, the next day, just because I didn't trust the person,and was then told it be with me on Monday. I phoned YET AGAIN, and was told that it's not gone and a credit has been issued.
Waste of bloody time, no email telling me what the situation was, if I had an email I may have ordered something else.
Absolute rubbish, from an America that prides itself on customer service. Dreadful service, absolute dreadful. I cannot express how bad this company is.

Received my order of 5 items one was faulty not working lights and could see all glue so contacted them via email to be told I had to pay to return myself even tho it’s faulty item. And it’s in America not in uk so item is £16.99 and probably cost more then that to ship back. Scam store overpriced crap. Don’t waste ur money here

Very very poor quality outfit. Some of the Velcro lasted seconds. Outfit does not look like advertised picture. Parts that should be Black were Silver. Poor fitments, poor quality all over. If it would have been £9.99 it would have been too expensive.

Bought optional Skeleton gloves. Advertised as large adult. I can’t get them on and neither could my wife so a complete waste of money.

I am incredibly disappointed with the quality of this product and as it’s come from America it’s not like I can just return it. I’m not even sure if it’s worth trying to make it fit any better by buying some more Velcro.

Oh I wish I’d have read these reviews before purchasing. Terrible quality, massively overpriced, the items you receive look nothing like the pictures and £50 for shipping a small box is absolutely disgraceful.

Will be returning all items and encourage all to not purchase from this cowboy company.

The item I purchased (a cute skeleton cat) was really well made, solid and good quality, even though it felt very over priced. However I'm not overly impressed with the company itself. The packaging could have been better, i.e. there was none in the box it came in, so it was just rattling around in an oversized cardboard box. It's great to see companies steer away from plastic bubble wrapping, but paper wrapping could have been used inside to prevent damage to the item. Or a smaller box!
It arrived a day later than was stated too, so it took 11 days to arrive instead of 10. The shipping costs are quite expensive as well. £5.99 for this item and it was sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48, which given a box of this size and weight only costs £3.35 on royalmail.com. Of course packaging costs too, but I'm pretty sure cardboard boxes aren't that expensive, so they're making a fair amount of profit on that. I also don't understand what the delay was if using a 48 hour service.

Item ordered in UK for pumpkin festival. Didn't realise until I tried to phone after 3 weeks of products not arriving that they are a US company - and got to a number which says I was calling outside of office hours - even though they have a UK number and .co.uk website. Now trying to cancel order - pretty useless company. Wish I had read the reviews beforehand!
