Repair and insurance
I spoke with Curtis today to confirm repairs on two appliances. I had spoken to him before a week ago and appreciated that he took the time to give me all the information and answer all of my questions without making me feel pressured to make a decision on the spot.
I chose the repair with insurance on both appliances and even added insurance on a third appliance that is currently working perfectly. I am very careful about how I spend, but felt that the coverage I would be getting would give me peace of mind should anything go wrong as it covers call out, labour and parts for one year with the option to renew. Curtis was excellent and professional in explaining everything and getting this set up for me. Thank you so much!

What made my experience great was that Paul your engineer contact me to say his time of arrival, and he indeed came on time. He brought the spare parts in and got on with his task. He was very professional and explained everything!
I am therefore very impressed and pleased with his work. He left everything in good working order .👍 good customer service.

What a terrible experience
What a terrible experience. Had someone attend for a leaking freezer. The so called engineer was rude, no ID and spent 5mins to diagnose the problem with a screwdriver and left. Told me it was the heater inside the freezer as when it snowed in the freezer the heater heats it up!!!!

I was assured if the engineer can't fix my cooker the insurance policy would be cancelled and first payment refunded! All I have recieved is emails saying how my insurance policy is still going and no refund, scamming maggots!
