Awful communication paid of 400+ for a appliance and still not got a refund they also said they will fix the appliance made me wait for several weeks for the parts just to tell me they cant get the parts so i ordered a new one and they have too 20 days and still no refund abs joke do not recommend they just take your money and make you pay for extra hidden chargers and still dont pay you back

Speedy and effective response from Go Assist
I phoned Go Assist in a panic when 2 of my appliances stopped working at the same time. Spoke to Will on the phone and he was very helpful, giving me all the information I needed and answering my questions and concerns fully. An appointment was arranged at a time to suit me and I received all the information I needed by text and email. Mohammad U arrived promptly to repair my appliances and was polite, cheerful and tidy. He quickly resolved both issues and explained what had gone wrong so that I could prevent the same thing happening again. He also demonstrated that the machines were working properly before he left. I'm very happy with both the work done and the booking process, and I'm extremely relieved to have found a reliable solution to the problem of non-functioning appliances. Thank you Go Assist!

Straight forward explanation from Anthony O, and quick to see what the issue was. Friendly and good with the dogs and they fixed the issue in no time which the dryer is vital in my household as lm disabled and need bedding and my clothes clean and dry.

Dont use go assist!!
Iv previously wrote a good report on how helpful the staff were, once i had paid and the repair man came out, he refused to even attempt to fix my washer dryer because of 1 screw missing... so £109 wasted for nothing! Rang a different repair company who did fix it and even they said Go Assist is possible the worse company to go with!! Dont use them!! (They also charge £50 to cancel the insurance BUT if you ring the insurance and cancel it that way they do not charge you to cancel!!)

Was told I would have an engineer out Friday or Saturday then received an email saying will be Monday asked too cancel and was told I would receive a partial refund. Unser your cancellation agreement I should receive a full refund as I’m cancelling more than one day in advance
