The lady was very KIND. She understood my concern and call me for followup. Issue was the payment for a new policy taking so long to post. It did post the next day. When she recalls I will switch all 7 policies to auto pay so I don't have to deal with the post office unreliability.

In today's world, no one seems to want to talk to you live.. And if they do, they generally don't want to listen or are in a hurry to get off the phone.. WELL, NOT Globe Life!! I'm soooo thankful all of the effort they put in with me to help me close a policy and then to change the beneficiary on my other policy.. It was VERY REFRESHING!! TY Globe Life!!

I have been with Globe Life for nearly 50 years and have never had any issues whatsoever. Always courteous and respectful, willing to help with any questions or concerns that I might have had. Very fast response when my son passed away in getting the claim processed.

I've been a customer for decades and their prices of my policy increase every year. Not happy about that.

I contacted Globe Life to cancel my policy for the 2nd time. This policy was started for my daughter when she was born by my father. Later in life he gave it to me to take care of. I have since stop making payments and then I get a notice saying that someone took out a loan on the policy for $42. So I wanted to pay them money even though I did not take a loan and cancel the policy. I was told that because my deceased father had taken out the policy that I had to send a death certificate. I was not told that before. So I asked for an email address to send the certificate. I was given a bogus or non working email address. This is the second time in a year that I have had to deal with Globe Life. I paid them $97 last year and was told that is what was owned and my policy would be cancelled but apparently not. I feel as all get it the run around.

The new login and forms are ridiculous. The other way was much easier, log in, choose your policy and make a payment. I have 5 policies for family and myself. It was no problem to log in and make payments. There are 3 due the same day every year, I would make 1 payment. Now, when I finally can get logged in, I had to pay each one separately. So annoying and complicated for no reason. The new login system is terrible and too complicated.

I called twice and was told someone would contact me within a certain period of time. 3 days and still no return call.

I have recently contacted Globe Life by phone and my wait time way only a couple of minutes. The agent I talked with was very kind, courteous and helpful with my question. I have several family members and friends that have used Globe Life over the years and Thay are all very pleased with the speedy time for handling the insurance payouts and described them to be the most valuable insurance company they had done business with. My firsthand knowledge of this company is why I feel so comfortable with them handling my insurance needs. Globe Life has been an absolute miracle in my family's life for so long.

It was easy to reach an agent. The wait time was not more than about 10 minutes. I had spoken to an agent just a few weeks back to change the account my payments were to come out of but it sees that agent did not make the changes correctly so when this month's bill rolled around it did not get paid so I went online and made the changes and payment myself. It only gave me the option to pay every 3 months and due to the fact that I updated the bank acct info THEN made a payment it took the payment twice. I am assuming I will not have a payment due for the next 6 months. We shall wait and see I guess.

I gave my experience a 4 because of the amount of time it took to get to a representative. There was too many one word inputs and then too meny numbers input. at one point being taken to a wrong place and starting all over again.
When I finally got to a customer service representative My experience took 5 minutes to complete. The representative was 5 star poliet, understanding and knowledgeable.

Love the new and updated web site! Things are finally up to date and that makes things much easier to navigate.

The representative was very kind and helpful. I have been with Globe since 1999. I would recommend them any to everyone

The rep i had was wonderful didn't understand why my husbands rate went up luckily he got home while on phone got him verified and permission to talk she explained everything and also go things updated

Easy to make payment online. Site is easy to navigate to do what I wanted.

I have been doing business with globe life a long time. During the last ten years I've done all my transactions on line, (best of my remembrance), and I don't recall a situation where I couldn't complete my transactions. For me... it's all good, thanks.
