Customer service is important…
Customer service is important especially in an industry like ticketing and I have to give credit where it is due to Gemma in the Gigantic team for helping me out on a ticketing issue that I thought would be a complete headache! Gemma was efficient, empathic and genuine in her interactions and I left feeling like she had done all that she could in supporting my refund.

Excellent service
We had to make a very late cancellation on our tickets to the David Grant Lynx event at Union Chapel as my husband had a nasty tooth infection resulting in an extraction. We had taken out insurance and after contacting Gigantic, Amy quickly arranged to refund the tickets minus a small fee on each which I thought was more than reasonable. The whole process was dealt with very promptly. Excellent service. Thanks Amy!

Refund process was straightforward
I sadly was not able to attend the Lenny Pearce event in Nottingham due to my son getting chickenpox. Amy and Gemma helped me through the whole process and were very empathetic and thoughtful during this. They made things easy to understand for what I needed to submit as evidence. They explained everything great through the entire refund process.
I wish we could have attended but thankfully they made this process as smooth as possible.

Amazing experience with gigantic..have…
Amazing experience with gigantic..have used multiple times without issue. However I purchased tickets for a festival and forgot to add on a campervan pass. Didn’t realise until the day we were leaving and unfortunately the campervan passes were sold out. Contacted Gigantic and spoke with Holly…she couldn’t have been more helpful and understanding of what could have been a disaster. Holly really helped us out and saved the weekend. First time ever having to use Gigantic customer service and I can’t fault them and the lengths Holly went too to help. Thanks

Rotten Booking System - NO TICKETS PROVIDED
They ONLY provide E-tickets. AND WORSE, you can't download them when you have PAID YOUR MONEY for them. They tell you that you'll get an email with a download link one week before the evernt. HOW ARE YOU SUPPOSED TO FEEL GOOD ABOUT THAT????
E-tickets should be available IMMEDIATELY.
Massively stressful to book an event six months later and have to wait all of that time for an e-ticket. And the online booking system is horrible too. There are very simple ways to book online - but this is NOT one of them.
You don't even get to choose your seat at the theatre. You just have to accept the one they tell you they're booking you into, like it or lump it. Disgraceful, no question about it. I'll never ever use them again. Never.

We appreciate that waiting for your e-tickets can be frustrating. For some events, tickets are intentionally released closer to the event date at the request of the event organiser or venue. This is a security measure designed to help prevent ticket fraud and unauthorised resale. As a ticket agent, we must follow the ticket delivery arrangements set by the organiser, and unfortunately we're unable to release tickets before they are made available to us.
Regarding seat selection, this also depends on the event and venue. While some events allow customers to choose their exact seats during the booking process, others allocate the best available seats automatically. This is determined by the event organiser's ticketing setup rather than Gigantic.
We're sorry that our booking process didn't meet your expectations and appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. Your feedback is valuable and will be taken into consideration as we continue to review and improve our service.

Joy after pain! Thanks to Gigantic.com
I really wanted to see Barack Obama and faffed about all morning with other sites and got nowhere: one minute thinking I had, then I hadn’t. I was very deflated. Then Gigantic popped up on my feed and within a few minutes I had got my tickets at the price range I wanted. It was such an easy process to navigate, yet felt safe. I will definitely recommend them and I will definitely use them again. Fabulous!

Think the extra charge per ticket is…
Think the extra charge per ticket is high and they also add a further fee at the end. I like to print tickets so why do they have a large blob of black to help you see the word Gigantic ! just a waste of more print ink do it on white please!

I accidentally booked tickets for the…
I accidentally booked tickets for the wrong date, I did take out the refund protection.
Emailed the refund department explained the problem, gave all details requested. Had a reply from Holly who explained everything, followed her instructions and the process was completed within a couple of days. Have been advised the refund will be in my account with 5-7 days.

My husband has become ill just before…
My husband has become ill just before our festival. I had purchased the refund option and would recommend this. Sent in the sick note and a full refund was issued with no issues, easy and stress free. Very nice customer service from (AMY) in refunds. Even sent get well wishes in her emails. Nice personal touch.
