I had great support from Amy at Gigantic Tickets when I mistakenly booked for a second performance of the same show in a different location. I requested a refund and it was processed by Amy very promptly and all the communication was helpful and respectful.

Great booking experience and when the chips were down and one of our party ( the driver) fell ill they refunded our tickets within an hour of notifying approval pay’s to take out the refund insurance you never know when you might need it special thanks to Amy at gigantic

Swift and Efficient Customer Service
Having purchased protection for my tickets via their refund plan. Due to unforeseen circumstances I wasn't able to attend the event and needed to claim a refund. Having submitted my request I received a swift response from a member of their personnel ' Amy' who advised me of the information they needed to proceed with the claim and promptly provided me with the refund once they'd received it.

I recently booked Plouise tickets for myself and my daughter for summer. However after booking general and activities I couldn't get a booking for the cafe that day. I was having a issue getting a carers …
I was having a issue getting a carers ticket for Edfest. My hubby is a stage 4 cancer sufferer and recently his health has taken a turn for the worse and he now needs me to act as a full time carer. He loves Iron Maiden and this is possibly his last opportunity to see them. Unfortunately I was not able to provide any current paperwork to support my application for a carers ticket and acessable camping.I contacted Gigantic and a lady called Amy responded. She went above and beyond to help. She dealt with my issue quickly and with sympathy. A very happy result and a happy Hubby

Brilliant & prompt customer service from Amy
Brilliant service throughout the booking process - from ticket purchase through to (online) ticket delivery.
I purchased tickets last year for an event on 26 June this year and something told me to pay extra for the insurance offered.
As it turned out, due to various mitigating forces (which were exacerbated by my husband’s medical condition), we reluctantly couldn’t attend the show.
I sent a message to the Gigantic Refund plan (as per their procedural requirements) and explained our situation. Amy responded promptly, politely and professionally, and immediately refunded the face value of our tickets.
It was an absolute pleasure dealing with a HUMAN in the first instance (!) let alone one who understood our request, assessed the situation and applied logic and reasoning.
Thank you AMY! We will definitely always take out insurance as one never knows what could happen when purchasing tickets so far in advance!

Gigantic for my tickets
I often use Gigantic for my tickets when I can but on this occassion, having allowed autofill to provide an incorrect email (my bad!),meant that my e-tickets disappeared into cyberspace.
A quick email to Gigantic's customer care team and Gemma had the issue sorted in minutes. Great service
