Oh God, you're taking a big big risk if you buy from sellers on this platform. NO ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME for one, and you have NO support from Discogs when their sellers screw you over. You throw your money into the pockets of these amateur sellers and you literally have to hope for the best. When the item you've paid for is not packaged and sent to you, and you get no response from the thief who has taken your money, you'll find out that there is ZERO support from Discogs. Yes, they claim that they have a support team and support process, but this is a LIE. They do NOTHING to support you. Nothing. There is NO WAY to properly contact them. You are kept at more than arm's length from them because they know that they have no intention of stepping in to save your money and get it back to you from the thieving seller you paid.
AVOID. There are many more and safer sellers of records than this horror-show, including Ebay. AVOID!

This is a disgusting lying fraudulent company. The people running it are fraudulent and disgraceful. If they told the truth on each of their product listings the business would very quickly be bankrupt.
They take your money right away, but make NO EFFORT to package your products and get them shipped to you. You'll have to wait so long for the products to arrive that you will likely have lost interest in them by then, and that's another way your money is wasted. But that's only if they bother sending your products at all. I haven't received mine and they haven't even packaged them and sent them out for delivery.
When I contacted support they claimed that they would "prioritize" my purchase and get things moving. They have NOT done that. They lied. And it's obvious that they always lie. They are untrustworthy and devious.
I will NEVER mention them to anyone I know, meaning I will never recomend this company. In fact, I will spread the word all over social media to show how they lie and commit what looks like fraud. Rotten rotten company, staffed by rotten lying people.

Tracking parcels showed that they had arrived in the early hours of the morning at their depot close to me, and here I am four days later and the items are still not out for delivery. Took an age to get to their customer service and although I did what their AI voice bot asked, left a message about what had happened, never got a call back, which was supposed to happen.
I did get eventually an email from their alleged customer "service" yesterday ( Ha!) saying that they would ensure delivery yesterday. Needless to say that never happened. And today, we are way beyond the time when they say that an item is out for delivery. So it won't be coming today either, quite clearly.
Their staff are arrogant and inefficient with zero customer care and no sense of decency, If you buy from Ebay, for example, make sure you're not buying from a seller that uses Evri. Absolutely stressful and disgraceful company.

Ebay is full of many rotten, cheating (sometimes fraudulent) arrogant lying sellers that ruin your experience and cause stress. Not all sellers, but a lot. And Ebay makes sure that it's mighty difficult (sometimes impossible) to get justice done when you've been stitched up. Virtually impossible to contact Ebay about problems.
And Ebay should (but don't) force sellers to say on the description page of every item they are selling, the details of the delivery. The number of times I've bought things, expecting Royal Mail tracked delivery, it suddenly turns out that the seller is using Evri, which like Ebay, is such a terrible courier service that it is very very rare to get an item delivered at the time that was stated on the Ebay page when you bought the item. And while your money is out of pocket, both Ebay (and Evri, their chosen courier) make sure they're keeping hold of YOUR money for ages before they even begin to all you to contact then to get the refund of YOUR money. Truly terrible business that is never looking after YOU.

I just lost my money to this site. They provide ZERO support, they are only there to grab your money.

It feels like fraud to me. Zero communication, zero support. And you never hear from the seller you're buying from - that's assuming the seller actually exists, which I doubt.

I bought two tickets for the Christmast Concert by Candlelight, which is playing now as I write this. I had to leave the Lichfield Cathedral venue before the show had even started. I had two tickets because I can't go anywhere without a carer. I have serious issues. So I'd bought my Access Card ticket and carer ticket, we had seats on the front row but we never got near them. The people staffing the event were a disgrace. The way we were treated and the angry authoritarian arrogance with which we were put down by these disgusting employees says everything about this event that you need to know.
The last time we went to a Candlelight event at the Lichfield Cathedral, earlier this year, we also had a vile experience. Again, we'd booked early and got two front row seats - which I have to have because even with a carer, I cannot be in the middle of a crowd - and two people were in our front row seats and with anger, they claimed that they'd received an email changing their seats to ours. I had to argue them out of our seats, but I was in a stressed condition that I couldn't enjoy the show at all. And all because their staff don't get even close to making sure that people only sit in the seats that are the ones on the tickets they have. But they'd allowed liars to take our seats. Tonight though, we never even got to the front row where our seats were. All because of the way we were treated after we'd got through the door and all we'd tried to do was get to the snack bar, which was empty with no one being served and their staff in vicious patronizing voices with waving arms told us to get out of it. The whole experience, every second, of entering the Cathedral had been unpleasant with not a smile to be seen anywhere on the arrogant authoritarian staff. But without going into detail after detail of what happened, I couldn't stay there and had to go home before things would come to a panic collapse. So that's money I've wasted, time I've wasted, happiness I've wasted. These people just take your money, don't care about what kind of people are used as staff at the events, clearly never set guidelines for their staff to be pleasant, helpful and decent. They just want your money and don't care one jot about you having a safe and pleasant experience. I need a refund for my tickets because of this. But I bet this lot won't even reply to me. I'll update this review if there's ever an update to be had.

I've had my Onyx Boox device for several years now.
What a horrible pice of expensive (yes it is expensive) kit it is.
I have a Microsoft One Drive cloud account. I set up a folder in that account to sync all the local work I do on my Onyx Boox. It does NOT sync!!! The contents of the folders on the One Drive do not sync down to the Onyx device. THERE IS NO LOCAL STORAGE ON THE DEVICE!!!!!!!!!!!
On the home page there is an option called "Storage" You can click it but you WON'T FIND THE FOLDERS AND DOCUMENTS IN YOUR CLOUD SERVICE, THAT YOU HAVE LINKED TO, ANYWHERE TO BE FOUND.
This piece of rubbish does NOT hold your work locally, so if you are out and about where you don't have access to your network, you can't open the documents you need that are in your Cloud folder!!!!
There is another option on the Home Page of the device called "Notes." Once again, it does NOT sync with what you have in your Cloud folder that you have linked the device to!!!!!!!!! It should download what's online in that folder to somewhere local on the device - THAT'S WHAT SYNCING IS!!!!!!!!!!!
But it doesn't do that.
The manual is Zero help, and you can't even copy and paste items in your cloud folder (or even anything local) into the "Notes" or "Storage" local sections.
Massively expensive for a product that doesn't do what it's supposed to do. Sure you can create a document on it, but even that is not straightforward. There are LOTS more negatives to be said about this appalling device, but enough said. You should avoid it like the plague!!!!!!!!!!

I wanted a Single DIN car audio system and sure, I could have got one from Amazon, but Road Radio were recommended to me by the technician who is going to fit it. Easy to make a phone call (as opposed to a stupid AI chat bot), service is first class, and technical information that you need, they'll give it to you right away. And delivery? IT ARRIVED THE NEXT DAY!!!

Absolutely horrible. Massively over complicated to configure, hopelessly difficult to manage. Which makes it more stressful. The password requirement (which you shouldn't need at all) is yet another one of those complex ones that you'll never remember and so will have to write down, making the BS of them saying it's for "security" purposes a complete load of rubbish. Having to register devices is over stressful and not quick and not easy. I could go on and on about this rotten system but what's the point. If Trustpilot allowed me to score a ZERO then I most certainly would. There are TONS of better simpler, more efficient security camera systems than this garbage.

I need to learn to SPEAK Japanese - not read the written language. This platform is OBSESSED with the written language and that HOLDS BACK LEARNING HOW TO SPEAK BECAUSE YOU CANT DO THEIR LESSON QUIZZES WITHOUT WASTING MASSIVE AMOUNTS OF TIME HAVING TO LEARN HIRAGANA, KATAKANA AND - FOR GOD'S SAKE - KANJI.
This isn't a hobby - I need to speak to people when I get to Japan. I need to be able to connect, to have casual conversations. I can learn the written stuff AFTER that. The ONLY thing that is important is learning to SPEAK TO PEOPLE in their language. I'm not going to Japan to read a Japanese book or a sign post!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Busuu started off well, with conversational phrases. Then it started inserting lessons to learn the Hiragana alphabet. Sure, yes, that would be worth learning - BUT NOT WHILE YOU'RE IN THE MIDDLE OF LEARNING HOW TO SPEAK THE LANGUAGE!!!!!
By Chapter 8, the course has virtually stopped teaching spoken language and has shifted it's focus almost completely to the damned alphabet. It is the stupidest thing they could ever have done.
You lose ALL your momentum in learning the language.Yes, you really do.
They should have put the alphabet stuff at the end of the course and at that point you could choose whether you wanted to bother with it or not.
But to ruin the the course by literally throwing the conversational learning out of the window and ruining your learing by forcing you to dive into something is useless. Very bad structure. Your chances of learning Japanese are dead in the water when you get to chapter 8 of the course. Complete waste of money.

I needed tax certificate information, and getting through to a human quickly, which has always been my experience with HL takes all the stress out of enquiries. The person who spoke with me took me through everything I needed to do, step by step, until it was all sorted. You don't find service like that most places these days. Five stars!

A DISGUSTING business - I have NEVER EVER paid for e-tickets and not been able to download them.
I paid for two tickets for an event in late November (it's now early April so it's months away) and after they had taken my money, I'm told that it's a private seller and they are just a middle man and that I won't get my tickets available until 3pm (yes, 3pm!!!) on the day of the event,
The seats that they said I had bought DO NOT EXIST IN THE ARENA WHERE THE SHOW IS BEING PERFORMED!!!! We literally checked with the arena and those seats do not exist!!!!
Contacted the company on their website chat (which is all you can do) and they were utterly disgusting and dismissive and no way would they refund my money. In my opinion, based on my experience they are cheating lying fraudsters. My advice would be to NEVER EVER EVER use this bunch of rotten disgusting cheats.

Awkward as it is, I went into settings and chose the settings to record separate audio files for meeting participants. There are only ever two people in my recorded sessions.
Despite the settings being enabled, Zoom does NOT record the tracks separately. Never.
Also, I enabled their AI to create a transcript, summary and notes of the recording. Guess what? It doesn't do that either.
Also - SUPPORT IS NON-EXISTENT, even for my PRO account,

Riverside.fm ALWAYS records separate audio tracks without any need to go to settings. AND it creates a transcript and summary and notes without being asked. Every time.
I still have months left on my paid ZOOM account but clearly it's time to move on, There are better and more decent and acceptable platforms out there.

For the last few years Amazon delivery has got worse and worse. They never get close to the "estimated delivery time" these days, and the estimated time changes again and again throughout the day. I've never ever known anything like this.
If I could give ZERO stars I would. Absolute rubbish, and rubbish people employed by this company.
I could go into detail after detail but I have better things to do. These people working for Amazon should be ashamed. But we all know they couldn't care less

A very amateur company with NO technical support.
The technology is pitiful.
Problems all over the place.
So pathetic they haven't even got a scrollbar at the side of their platform - as if they think people are all children and don't have a real computer.
Technical problems after problems after problems. Getting worse by the day.
Meaning that you not only waste money on a subscription, you waste time as well - and that's something you'll never get back.
