I received exceptional customer service today when the link in the received email would not work to download tickets. I wasn't expecting speed or genuine engagement but I received an automated email followed by a personal engagement from Gemma. The issue was resolved in minutes. December 2025 I bought tickets for the…
December 2025 I bought tickets for the CMAT event tomorrow night and I still have not received my tickets. I have chased this up via their live webchat and email (no response)and phone (left VM message (no response) . The webchat advised me to wait and if they don't arrive I should turn up to the venue box office on the day without a ticket and they should let me in.
As I am travelling across the country and have booked hotel accommodation for the night this is this not satisfactory.
I have not experienced this with any other ticket provider and currently have tickets for events up to April next year so I think it is reasonable to expect to have been sent these tickets by now.
I will not be using Gigantic Tickets again as they have turned a treat into a stressful and time consuming hassle.

For some events, tickets are intentionally released by the event organiser closer to the event date. This is a security measure designed to help prevent ticket fraud and unauthorised resale. Please be assured that tickets are always made available in time for the event and can be accessed by following the instructions provided in your booking confirmation email once they have been released.
If, for any reason, you are unable to access your tickets before arriving, the venue box office will have access to booking information and will be able to assist you on the day.

Don’t Trust Them
I booked tickets to see Jinkx Monsoon in the presale.
I arrived on the night to find that the seats were restricted view with zero notification of this on the booking, website or tickets. A pole was in mine and my friends view for the show. I contacted by email three times and no response. I tried calling over 50 times and no response. Absolutely terrible customer service.

My only gripe i suppose is the fact you don’t get a full refund. I at least expected the booking fee and e-ticket (which hasn’t even been sent yet) to be refunded along with ticket cost, so a bit miffed that you kept quite a chunk of money spent. Not Amy’s fault, Gigantic just being greedy.

She sorted me a disabled parking badge straight away after picking my email up and I am very grateful.

It is during challenging times that the true worth of individuals and companies becomes apparent. I had purchased two concert tickets through Gigantic, and the show was cancelled by the artist—an understandable move given a family emergency. What is less understandable is Gigantic’s decision to withhold £15, claiming they do not refund the fees (which were listed on the page as £2.50), even after I pointed out that this practice is neither legal nor fair. Since no one is going to hire a lawyer to fight for such a small amount, the company will end up pocketing at least £5,000 "stolen" from buyers by night cancelled... Event promoters and artists: whenever possible, please work with honest and sensible ticket vendors. I will certainly do the same when choosing where to buy tickets for future concerts I want to attend; I now know another one to avoid.
Ps after Gigantic answer : I am not frustrated by the cancellation of the concert, the artist explained why and I think all fans understood without a problem. I am angry with your ways. It is so easy for you to write a 45£ face value ticket but selling it 52£ and adding fees so you earn money whatever the outcome. Your ways are unhealthy and your answer here (as well as the one i received to my mail a few days after cancellation) only proove how you overlook anyone knowing you abuses the system but in a legal way so you don’t have to worry.
