They’re a bunch of crooks – never buy anything from them, and be careful: they didn’t send me my ticket for System of a Down and now there’s no way to get in touch with me; luckily, my bank is trying to refund me.

Hi bought tickets for upcoming event on the 25th June haven't heard anything although they do state 3-7 days before event tickets will be sent, but no communication from emails I ve sent there phone line isn't working and no can't access there web page! Are they still working, guessing I've been scammed and lost money! Any one tried to contact them?

Hi I have bought some ticket for this August how likely am I to receive my tickets as I can not get hold of anyone and can’t get onto the site. How do I report them if I have been scammed and get my money back ? Do I have to wait until the date to see if I get my tickets ? Thanks

Купили квитки на Metallica в Берліні рік тому. Ми заплатили 500 євро, приїхали в Берлін і НЕ ПОТРАПИЛИ на концерт, бо квитки НЕ ПРИЙШЛИ. Хоча на пошту раніше відповідали і навіть відписували у WhatsApp, буквально за день до події акаунт вже був видалений а телефон відключений! 100% шахрайство, подав скаргу через банк, таких шахраїв треба наказувати!

I paid €1,800 for a Category 2 ticket to the UEFA Champions League Final in Budapest on 23 May. My order was confirmed, but despite multiple attempts to contact the seller via WhatsApp and email, I received no response.

Although I had concerns that there might be an issue, previous customer reviews gave me some confidence that, at the very least, a refund would be processed if the tickets could not be delivered. However, on the day of the event, I discovered that I had been blocked on WhatsApp. As of 1 June 2026, the company's website is no longer accessible.

Based on these circumstances, I believe this was a fraudulent transaction and that I have been the victim of a scam. Unfortunately, it appears likely that I will lose the €1,800 paid for the tickets.

I have already initiated a chargeback request through Revolut and hope that the claim will be successful.

I ordered two tickets in March 2026 for Clash in Italy. The order was confirmed and the payment was taken, but I never received the tickets, neither by email nor by post.

Despite several follow-up emails and multiple phone calls, I received no useful response and no solution. The event took place, and I was left without the tickets I had paid for.

At this point, this experience clearly is a scam: money taken, tickets never sent, and a completely useless customer service.

I strongly advise people to avoid this company. This was a terrible experience, with no seriousness and no respect for customers. If you want to avoid paying for nothing and being left without access to your event, stay away.

I paid £540 for 2 tickets for an event that took place yesterday. I received no tickets and no response to the 6 emails I sent. I also used the online form and every phone number. No response. No tickets. I can only assume I have been scammed and will report this to the appropriate authorities. Never use this company.

It’s the day of the event for clash in Italy, have not received any tickets. They’ve been replying on WhatsApp saying tickets on the way. I’m now in Italy no tickets. If you are here on trustpilot seeing if you should buy from this, I’m saying it now I was in your position. DO NOT BUY.

Complete scam ! We paid for tickets to Metallica in berlin the 30th of May one year ahead of the concert. We have not received the tickets on the day of the concert, and we will not be able to attend the concert. Getticket365 does not answer email, WhatsApp or phone. All phonenumbers seem to be out of service. We travelled from norway to Berlin for this purpose alone. NEVER, EVER use gettickets365- it is a absolute fraud

Metallica, 27. May in Zurich:
I bought the tickets roughly a year ago. Just a couple of weeks later, I received a message confirming that the purchase was successful, but due to data protection reasons, the tickets could only be sent a few days before the event.

One week before the event, I started sending reminders because I was still waiting for the tickets, but I never received any reply.

I only discovered today that they refunded the money to my credit card a week ago — without sending any notification or explanation whatsoever. If I hadn’t checked my credit card account myself, I would probably have started a chargeback request through my bank tomorrow.

For me, it’s not a major issue because I live close to the event location. But imagine travelling a long distance, booking hotels or transport, while the seller already knows you will not receive the tickets, refunds the money silently, and never informs you.

Looking at other reviews, I can see I’m far from the only customer this has happened to. Based on my experience, I can only recommend keeping your hands off this agency.

One week before Metallica concert in Athens, Greece, they informed me that the tickets were not available. They wrote me by e-mail that they will return my money back within 4 working days. After almost one month they don't answer in my e-mails and they have not returned the money back. I now cooperate with my bank to claim the transaction as suspended. We bought tickets for the World Cup, but there are no tickets, no one is answering, no refund, it's a disgrace!

I ordered and paid for five tickets to the Metallica concert and received an order confirmation. However, three days before the concert, the order status was suddenly changed to “cancelled” without any explanation. I contacted them multiple times via WhatsApp and email but never received any response.
Two days after the cancellation, our bank informed us that the payment would be refunded, and we received the money back within another two days.
I would not recommend using this site, as you may end up paying for something you never actually receive.

Absolute scammers. Ordered my tickets for Metallica in Bucharest. Made the order one year ago, today I traveled 500km to Bucharest, just to receive a message that they can't provide the tickets. Complete amateurs, clueless support, useless whatsapp channel. Stay away from these inbeciles.
