Very easy to buy a ticket BECAUSE ITS FAKE.
It all seemed legit, paid £140 each for 2 x Bon Jovi tickets, (plus a £70 admin fee which i didnt care about at the time because i really wanted the tickets) in November 25, for September 26.
Received a confirmation email straight away saying the money had been paid and tickets would be sent 3-7 days before the event.
It wasnt until I looked more closely at the email as the concert got closer that i noticed their phone numbers werent correct, their website did not work when clicking on their link all of their emails went unanswered. I then looked at reviews and realised I had bought from a scam website through sheer excitement :(

Luckily my bank were really helpful with the dispute and I got my money back but that shouldn't be the case! Plus the stress of not being able to go to a concert we had been looking forward to so much. Awful

Paid over £400 for tickets. Got a confirmation email and no tickets came through. Not answering any emails

I bought two tickets in November 2025 to see Bon Jovi at Wembley on 4th September 2026. Tickets never arrived. Upon trying to contact them, their website no longer exists and the phone number does not work. No response to emails. This company is definitely a scam! Avoid at all costs.

Having seen the reviews submitted recently, it appears a number of us have all been scammed. Now it's down to the credit card company to see if I can get my money back.

Luckily managed to get some last minute tickets through Ticketmaster so got to see him but I'm one of the lucky ones!

This is a SCAM! Do not buy tickets through this platform.

If I could give no star I would. Bon Jovi tickets were meant to arrive 3 to 5 days before the gig. They didn't. Sent a reminder early yesterday. No reply. Asked for my money back. No reply.

Got Bon Jovi tickets for my son’s 21st birthday and they never arrived . Sent email after email and got no reply. Do not buy any tickets from gettickets365 as they’re not legit. You can request refund from your bank if this has happened to you.

I bought tickets last October to see Luke Combs at Wembley Stadium on 1st August. I contacted the company by email in mid July regarding an access issue as my wife's medical situation has changed. The email bounced back as undeliverable, I rang them on the number provided on the original email which had been shut down. The ticketing website no longer loads. As expected by then the tickets did not arrive electronically as promised in the week before the concert. A very clever scam.

First and last time I will try a site like this, problem is that while you are waiting for your tickets the time is ticking and the credit card company can't investigate the transaction as 180 days have passed. Live and Learn, they are Criminals just stealing your money with no intent on delivering the tickets.

If I could write less than 1 star I would. Concert ticket scammers. State they will contact a week before the event, but never looked for an email address which is required to transfer Ticketmaster tickets and allows enough time to have passed that it makes any offense difficult to legally follow up as the money is long gone.

We purchased 3 tickets for the upcoming Bon Jovi concert in Dublin and paid €562.55 in full. Unfortunately, we have not received the tickets.

We have repeatedly tried to contact this company to resolve the issue, but our attempts to communicate have been unsuccessful and we have received no satisfactory response.

This has been extremely frustrating and disappointing, especially with the concert approaching. We paid for a service and expected to receive the tickets as promised. Very poor customer service and a very disappointing experience. Shame on you.

Do not trust get tickets 365. I paid for bon Jovi tickets November 2025. The show is meant to be next week 6th September. Gutted can't go found out the site has been taken down and no way of getting in touch. Looks like i'am not going to get tickets. Trying to get my money back through my bank. But because it's been more then 120 since I bought the tickets it's looking to be impossible to get my money back. £280 down the drain.

Ordered 2 tickets for bon jovi. No tickets as yet,no response to emails,website is down and number unobtainable . Klarna investigating and will try a chargeback through my bank

This site along with reviews/ log in etc back in October 25 all seemed legit. Even allowed you to hold your tickets for 24hrs to do your 'due diligence'

Then to find to our horror last week it had all gone... and no sign of Bon Jovi tickets.

Feel helpless.. another case of innocent people losing out. Hate it.

Pity only finding out now.

Website Gone. Phone number disconnected. Total scam. I presume the positive reviews are also fake.

Only getting a 1 as there is nothing lower, ordered tickets for the Cure in 2 weeks, tried to connect with company today and after several calls someone answered claiming to not know anything about ticket, the link they sent in confirmation email isn't connectable.

Do not touch this company for tickets of any nature they are a scam
Brought Luke Combs tickets from them for the Saturday they never came in a E ticket form as promised, tried contacting them both email and phone they do not reply , stay well clear of them
I have reported them to the police as a fraud so hopefully they will be under investigation and stopped

Totally fuming - was due to see Luke Coombs Sat 1 Aug - birthday gift for my son - no tickets which I bought back in Oct 25 - have tried to contact this site and also log in to my account nothing - paid £495 for 2 tickets - absolutely disgusting behaviour - my only saving grace is that brought them via Klarna and they’ve been amazing - while I’m out of the refund period they have taken it further and will try to get me a refund

Absolute scam paid for Luke Combs tickets and never arrived, in desperation bought more from Ticket master last minute and where the tickets were supposed to be was blocked off as the disabled platform was in front of it, they really knew what they were doing
