I payed for 2 tickets for Bruno Mars for today and we don’t have our tickets and we cannot in my account

I bought a BTS ticket (17/7 in France)very early in January. It cost me 400euro , And till now I see these scam report….hope someone can update whether you receive BTS tickets in London

I wouldn't give one star. Absolutely awful experience with GetTickets365, bought World Cup tickets, had immediate response after the tickets had been paid, nearer the time when the tickets were due to arrive, we could not get hold of them, some of the phone numbers didn't work or just rung out, no email correspondence, horrendous, flew to New York for the game and was a waste of money, time and experience shattered by this absolute scam. DO NOT USE!!!

FRAUD! Paid 225€ for concert tickets and they disappeared!

In January, I purchased four golden cirlce tickets through this website for a concert taking place on Thursday, July 2. Before completing my purchase, I carefully checked whether the website appeared to be legitimate and secure. At that time, it had a rating of 4.5 out of 5, which gave me confidence that it was a trustworthy platform.

Unfortunately, the website is now no longer accessible, I never received my tickets, and I have lost nearly €1,800. I have also made several attempts to contact their customer support, but I have not received any response.

It is extremely disappointing that fraudulent websites like this are able to operate and deceive consumers into losing significant amounts of money. Given the technology and resources available today, I believe there should be much stronger measures in place to identify and block these websites before they can scam more people.

Websites that are proven to be fraudulent should be taken offline and blocked as quickly as possible to prevent further victims. Consumers should not have to bear such substantial financial losses because scam websites are allowed to remain online.

I sincerely hope that stronger action will be taken to better protect consumers and prevent others from experiencing the same situation.

I am one more lining up in the line of guys having been frauded by GetTicket 365. You pay upfront, you are promissed that they will deliver, but... Money is gone, tickets do not arive and there is not feedback or status update at all. Be warned.

Complete scam. Spent over £500 on Foo Fighters tickets. Website disappeared, no tickets arrived. UK helpline has a foreign voicemail message then cuts you off. Just thieving robbing scumbags 😡😡😡😡

It's totally a fraud, the tickets paid never arrived and they don't respond any emails,band phone numbers seem no to be working at all. Be careful, it is a totally trap even if the page looks good and they answer you at the beginning when you are intended to buy the tickets but after paying for the tickets, they disappear.

Don’t touch them with a barge pole :
1) Didn’t provide paid for tickets
2) Do not answer emails ( numerous emails)
3) Do not answer customer service department calls ( if you can get through and are not cut off )
4) More often than not you can’t get onto their website
5) Do not respond to refund requests
Personally I have never ever come across a company as poor as this ( deliberately behaving in this way IMO )

Ho acquistato bilgetto dei Foo Fighters a Novembre 2025. Tramite mail e whattsapp mi dicono che mandano biglietti entro 4 settimane prima dell'evento. Dopo poco il sito non piu esitente e contatti whatsup cancellati. Purtroppo non posso recuperare i soldi essendo trascorsi più di 60 giorni. Qualcuno sa se ci si può appellare a qualche ente?

We bought System of A Down tickets there in 2025, the show is about to happen soon and I need to request access to a safe area as I got into a motorcycle accident and am currently using a wheelchair/crutches to move around, but when I go to their website to download the tickets, it just doesn't load. I saw the domain is provide by IONOS, which is the same registrar I myself use for my company and personal website as well, I was able to convince a support rep to give me some information on these scammers, apparently they recently changed their DNS record to point the website to a bullshit address so it wouldn't load. STAY AWAY

Totally scam!!! Beware. I purchased fifa world cup ticket early and want to cancel because of visa issues but they shut down site and never returns to my emails and whatsapp messages. 6 months already passed since my purchase so i realised that i had no refusing option unfortunately. Also they change their sitename gettickets to getticket so please don't pay a single dollar to these getticketxxx sites!!!
