Ich kann nur sagen Finger weg von getticket365. Das sind Betrüger. Tickets im November 2025 bezahlt, Konzert der foo fighter war im Juni 2026. Karten nie erhalten. Kontakt war nicht mehr möglich. Sämtliche Emails wurden nicht beantwortet. 280 Euro weg und keine Tickets.

I Ordered 3 tickets for a gig this coming August went to check when my delivery for tickets would be but cannot get through on the web page or Wassap I found an email address then I got asked to download telegram messenger in which I did and had ongoing conversation to find my tickets, after sending them the booking confirmation.. they said there had been a glitch in there system and everything had been lost so I was asked to pay a further £150.00 for vip tickets to compensate for these errors occurred. They said i would definitely get tickets but I chose not to risk this gesture . I’ve done lots of research about this company I haven’t managed to find anything positive to retrieve my tickets I am so disappointed 😞 they wasn’t cheap either! If anyone has sent extra money and had there tickets please let me know . They try to twist things by saying your scamming them to try and get free tickets from this glitch in there system that’s why they ask for extra money for tickets. And it’s only done via cryptocurrency

STAY AWAY! I bought 2 tickets for the world cup game, England vs Croatia and they never showed. Website has been down, and no response from emails. Complete scammers.

FRAUDE ALL OVER FOR THIS WEBSITE, BE WARNED. Tickets where not provided. After putting the website offline trying to get you making an extra 50% payment through Telegram, to activate your ticket delivery. Telling you a sad story that they are the victim of fraude..... Stay far away from this website if you dont want to be scammed and throw away your money.

Ordered tickets but did not receive them. They are telling that their site is hacked and we need to pay additionaly. Yes sure! Scammers!

Purchased tickets for an event due to take place in 6 days and I have still not received my tickets. I have contacted them multiple times by email, the Whatsapp number appear to be fake and I have received no response from them. Absolutely no customer service whatsoever - SCAM SCAM SCAM! Avoid this company at all cost!

I bought a BTS ticket for Uk July
6th , and this company just disappear completely from everywhere , the ticket was 497.54£ not responding on anything ! I contacted my bank but they sad I have to wait because the company sad they will delivery the ticket 3-7 days before the event ! My 8 years old girl is crying so bad it was her birthday gift ! And if we dosent receive the ticket , I can’t afford to buy a other one ! How can they do that to people Scammers !

I bought tickets for the BTS concert for the 1st of July but nobody is responding, the site is down, no response on their email anymore and even the customer service on WhatsApp is unreachable so I'm pretty sure I just got scammed of 600€, do not buy!!!!

I have booked a fifa cup ticket from getticket 365 unfortunately I have not got any ticket or confirmation. Even I am trying to contact them but all phone numbers and email are invalid, phone numbers are unavailable

Ich habe am 16.10.2025 Tickets für Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds in Burg Clam in Österreich (21.06.2026) gekauft und 275,02 € per Debitkarte bezahlt. Eine Bestellbestätigung habe ich erhalten. Aktuell habe ich noch keine Tickets erhalten, was laut Bestätigung zwar erst kurz vor dem Event vorgesehen ist. Allerdings konnte ich den Anbieter zuletzt weder über die Website (ist seit einer Woche offline) noch über die angegebenen Telefonnummern (sind ungültig) oder WhatsApp (Avatar wurde entfernt) erreichen. Auf meine E-Mail-Anfrage habe ich bisher keine Antwort erhalten. Ich hoffe, dass sich die Situation klärt und werde die Bewertung aktualisieren, sobald ich eine Rückmeldung erhalte.
Ich lebe auf den Kanaren und habe bereits alles Weitere gebucht, Flug, Unterkunft...)

UPDATE 27.06.26: So - das Konzert ist vorbei und keinerlei Rückmeldung von Gettickets365.com. Ich hatte das Glück, noch ein Ticket über den offiziellen Fan-Sale zu ergattern. Aber diese Geld kann ich abschreiben. Zumal die Bezahlung per Sofortüberweisung erfolgte, da keine anderen Möglichkeit angeboten wurde. Also - besser Finger weg von solchen Anbietern und dann über den Fan-Sale Tickets kaufen.

Acquistato bilgetto dei Foo Fighters a Novembre 2025. mi dicono che il bigletto sara disponibile 4 settimane prima dell'evento (Ieri). Controllo (ieri) e vedo sito non piu esitente e contatti whatsup dove rispondevano cancellati. Aperto segnalazione alla mia banca per recuperare i soldi trmite circuito maestro.

Ordered tickets back in Jan 26 for the World Cup. Expected the tickets to appear this week, instead I see that the website has been removed. I am $2400 out of pocket.

Stay away I got scammed of 700 euro for tickets website is down no numbers work and the person I did find on what’s app isn’t answering my messages it is a TOTAL SCAM in the process with my bank getting a refund
