I have been with Shapely for a few months and am very happy I found this company. I love the time my provider takes with me every month when he checks in with me. He answers all my questions and gives me great advice and encouragement. You are never alone on this journey!

BEWARE!!!! If you have Anthem Blue Cross and you are trying to get GLPs , you must use Vida connected with your Anthem Blue Coss Blue shield, this place took my insurance card and ran it not once but twice they told me Wegovy was covered & it is but you cannot go through Shapely per BCBS or you won’t get this drug covered!!! It is FREE with Anthem Blue Cross if you use Vida health & none of this staff is a provider of both .I had to go to a new provider & pay another co pay & this company should be sued for misrepresenting , insurance fraud & consumer confusion fraud. They want me to pay another 30 when I had to get my meds someplace else due to their incorrect information . They will be sued it’s a scam !! I have been called about 15 times today looking for 30 dollars & no one cares here it’s a factory . Terrible & avoid this place big scam& fraud !!

GLP1's are truly amazing. Lowered my A1C, lowered my blood pressure, and lost 50 lbs. You do need to do the work too. Eat healthier. Exercise as much as you can. Eat lots of protein so you don't lose muscle. Get your fiber and protein. On a side note... my daughter whom had to use IBF to have a child, got pregnant with their second child on her own while on GLP medication. It's the miracle drug and they keep finds it helps with so much more.

I have enjoyed interacting with the Shapely company. My provider Ms. Tran listens to me when we discuss my progress and plan steps going forward. Also love that she is always available to answer messages in-between appointments.
I’ve had constant and steady results which is what I was looking for.
The appointments are easy to schedule or re schedule if need be and the medication is delivered quickly.

Amy is a pleasure to work with through this process, she has looked at options for me to cut cost, this is much appreciated being on a fixed income. The cost is higher than other places I've looked at so It's putting me in a spot to look at other options. Thank you

I have been with Shapely for 5 months now. I have lost 35 lbs. I have a few more lbs. to lose. The staff has made the whole experience so easy. Everyone has been extremely kind and helpful. I would highly recommend using Shapely for your weight loss journey.

My experience with this weight loss company was very disappointing.
During my first week using the injection medication, I experienced severe side effects. I felt extremely dizzy, almost as if I were floating, and I couldn’t feel my body properly. I became so sick that I had to visit urgent care several times.
I later discovered that I had been instructed to take 29 units instead of 15 units. My BMI was 30, and that dosage was too high for my body. I experienced severe nausea and tightness in my neck.
When I received my second prescription, it clearly stated that I should start with 15 units. During a follow-up, the counselor admitted that he had made a mistake with my original dosage.
Another serious issue was that the medication caused significant stomach problems. Even after stopping the medication for two weeks, I was still experiencing side effects.

Because of this experience, I requested a refund, but I have not received it to this day. I am considering taking legal action against the company due to the harm I experienced and the way my concerns have been handled.

Wonderful company to deal with from medical folks very concerned about your health to customer support.

Brett Garvey is wonderful..Feel Shapely charge of $140 is a high for a 10 minute video conference. Meds always on time. Overall happy.

I first contacted the company to begin a weight loss program. They reviewed my insurance and explained to me it would not be covered. they refunded me my consultation fee. I had just started on Medicare. I came back to them two weeks later, at which time I was approved and was sent an email that the initial cost was $49 for the consultation and $99/monthly afterwards for meds and visit. I arranged my first online consultation. At that time, I was advised that Medicare would not be covering the medication and that the monthly consultation fee goes to $100 and the medication is twice what they quoted. I requested another refund.

The PA Melanie and the nutritionist Gloria have both been very helpful with my progress.

I easily lost 23 pounds with Zepbound. Very happy with the result. I may go back for a second round now that I've become accustomed to my new semi-svelte figure. Everyone at Shapely is very attentive to their clients needs. BTW I'm 75 and Medicare took care of the bill.
