I met with PA Kim. The next day my GLP-1 zapbound was approved through the Medicare bridge program. Also, I am set up with a dietitian and he is sending me a scale for free. This is the best health company that I have come across that doesn’t have any hidden fees and that’s accepts Medicare for GLP-1. I would highly recommend

From day one Shapley has made my journey very smooth and easy for me to lose my weight,any my PA Amy Farabaugh is a sweetheart and very helpful.

I am happy with my results with my meds. However, my provider could definitely improve on his listening skills. I asked for exercises to do when my autoimunne disorder flares up and he responded by explaining my autoimmune disorder to me along with treatments. That was not my original question. Also, I understand wanting to be thorough, but he over explains things. This sometimes comes off as though he believes I'm incapable of understanding anything medical. I had to remind him that I work in healthcare as well.

Jay was very friendly, patient and helpful. He did a great jib of explaining how to connect my scale to wifi.

My experience with Shapely has been outstanding with Dr. Zaghi, Dietitian Gloria and with Jay too! I’m looking forward to maintaining my goal weight and especially appreciate dealing with Jay to do so, as he is definitely an efficient, knowledgeable person with excellent work ethic! Jay’s kindness and willingness to assist me is indicative of the quality person he most certainly is as an employee at Shapely!

Shapley’s is easy to deal with. They check to see if the GLP 1 meds are good for you and everything works easily I miss Jennifer though. She was great Mansi is also doing good and I look forward to continuing our medical journey together. Thanks Shapley

I think I have already stated posted my deep admiration respect and been truly happy with everything I experience at the shapely weight loss management clinic before ..

So add all those words of deep respect admiration and multiply by 1000 times and fantasize what would be scope of my heart and overall respect and my feed back that be my state of mind heart and soul

Just avoiding long long emotional jibber jab which might confuse or bore readers and might mark me some fake admirer

To avoid all that confusion I am using and suggesting mathematical formula to explain my level of respect joyfulness content and pure happiness which can’t be expressed explained verbally on any feedback platform

Also asking to read my previous feed back review allow me to justify your sincerity in understanding my review vs handing over everything to the viewers by writing everything from the scratch

I had funny experience with one of the profound reluctant dedicated hardworking and absolutely very disciplined on time team member of this clinic name MR JERRY

HE is never late or miss out on his dedication and responsibility you can remove any sort of wall clocks inside your home and let him be responsible for reminding you on your part to submit data

This gentleman totally baffled my wits on this dedication

I always considered my self the most dedicated reluctant always remember to keeping my clients aware of their part of the responsibility without been disrespectful yet very stern and commanding

But boy was I wrong I guess I met my match or even cross my skill set individual MR JERRY…

I actually coincided my self after experiencing his will drive and strength to beat me in my skilled area of expertise

Because I started to wait for his phone call reminder every Friday without any gap

This request also helped me relocate some absolutely important documents of mine while looking for the weight scale barrier under the piles of moving boxes inside my storage room

His constant follow up calls encouraged me to locate the weighing scale from that storage unit so I can start using it for the clinic monitoring purposes

And while doing so i located my most critical most important life saving personal immigration documents including my USA passport which was also lost in that sea of moving boxes

But luckily I located both items inside one box and I actually cried like anything

So thank you Jerry I announce this with all my humility that due to consistent follow up calls made me go look for the weighing scale but your action also help me locate my life saving identity verification documents as well lost during my moving process in the ocean of moving boxes inside the storage unit

So you have earned my most valuable respect admiration and I consider you my friend as well from that moment onward

I can still keep on going but looking at Doctor Cinthiya Coan and this gentleman Jerry overall been not only my daily life service provider business individuals like we all had such great individuals through out in our lives but for me those individuals brought some real tangible blessings benefits unintentionally unconditionally and like a most pleasant surprise which can brighten up your soul heart and mind sort of blessings

So thank you for everything for all the blessings and playing unique role in my personal life without interfering yet just your presence lighten up the path and I feel honored deeply moved grateful and sincerely gratitude towards your presence in any form shape or style

What I love about working with shapely is that they met my specific needs. I also love that the people who help you are qualified medical professionals. These are not just sales people, but these are physicians assistance, and doctors who are clearly qualified to help you make the right decisions. I have tried other companies with great dissatisfaction. I’m sticking with shapely. I feel very confident to back them as a retired 70-year-old teacher I know that they have my best interests at heart. They are always available for me whether it is a billing question or a medical one I give them an A+.

From the beginning when I started with Shapely/CoreRx on my GLP1 journey, they have never failed to provide the most excellent care from my PA and dietician, customer service, Help/Support dept, troubleshooting, always responding quickly to my questions, issues, needs. In every single contact I’ve had with shapely staff, they have always been so helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. With all the different GLP1 companies out there now, I feel so blessed to have started with Shapely/core RX from the beginning. I appreciate you all. Thank you.
I do have one strong suggestion based on my recent issues with my biometric scale that I did receive through Shapely. It did not come with any instructions whatsoever. On today’s phone call with Jay for troubleshooting the issues I’ve been having with my scale, it definitely would have been helpful to know in advance that when something goes wrong with the scale, it’s not necessarily that you need new batteries as I first thought, and as I was first told. Evidently there are times the entire system, the scale and the program need to be updated, reprogrammed. Users need to know this in advance. I appreciate that Shapely staff is available to troubleshoot any problems with this biometric scale, but users need to be at least informed that they may need to perform an update between the scale and the system so they will know to contact Shapely staff to help troubleshoot,update system, etc. I do not understand why a user manual was not included with this scale from the manufacturer. Weird. But Shapely staff need to tell their clients when they talk to them about getting this scale, some basics such as periodic need to recalibrate or update or reprogram and to contact Customer Service. Just sayin… I’ve been having problems with my scale for the last several weeks, changed the batteries, changed the location when it said, no signal, etc. if I had known this information in advance, I could’ve contacted Shapely immediately to fix my scale.
Please continue with your excellent customer. Client care service and just inform people regarding this scale, so they’ll know what to expect when it starts malfunctioning. Jay was an excellent help today and contacted me very quickly after I had submitted the issue to Shapely. Thank you very much, Jay! You rock.

I'm very impressed with my Shapley journey thus far. The doctor and dietitian who work with me are highly qualified (Harvard MD), and they are available to answer any questions I may have. Also, the App is just great. It's easy to use to communicate with my care team, who respond the same day! Shapely also sends out excellent additional nutrition and GLP-1 tips. I highly recommend Shapley.

I love having Cynthia as my nurse, she helps me in so many ways by just talking to her I send a message and she responds quickly, she has never let me down she’s the best.
