Affordable, reliable, responsible weight loss!
Shapely has exceeded my expectations in every way! The staff are very thoughful and efficient,and pricing is very reasonable and transparent. I pay out of pocket, and it is very affordable. My monthly meetings with my weight loss expert are so helpful. We set goals, make any necessary changes, order any necessary prescriptions, and she is basically my cheerleader! I have lost 55 pounds in 10 months and couldn't be happier! Thank you so much!

A wonderful experience with Shapely! I was able to get an appt quickly to get started, and love the convenience of getting the product shipped to me and having my check-in appts over video because I travel extensively for work. And the price is GREAT! I've recommended to 3 friends, and they all rave about the experience.

The experience that I received is the best. I have received the quality of care through Brett and Gloria. They make sure that the treatment is working the way it should, taking to account my overall health, checking every month by video. Assuring that the injections are right for me. Gloria make sure I am meeting my nutritional needs to better the weight loss. I have achieved my goal from 205 to 149 and it feels great. Thank you so much for your support.

Application aborted
I am not going to continue with my application. From my initial interactions and a little more research, I do not trust their advertising of fees and also received a reminder by text of a $50 fee for not calling 24 hrs in advance to cancel even though all other communication has been by text and online. Fully transparency from day one I what I expected. Have not found one company that provides that, including this one.

Hi Debra, thank you for taking the time to share this. I'm sorry your experience felt that way - that's not the impression we want to make, especially before you've even met your provider.
To give some context: our providers set aside dedicated time for each patient, and we compensate them for that time whether the appointment happens or not. The no-show fee policy exists to help ensure patients show up so that time isn't lost. It's not intended to surprise anyone or create a negative experience. And to be clear, we do not enforce the $50 fee for new patients.
That said, your feedback is valid. Receiving that message before you've even had your first visit, without enough upfront transparency about how our policies work, understandably erodes trust. We're making changes based on your feedback to ensure our communication is clearer from day one.
If you're open to giving us another chance, we'd welcome the opportunity. Either way, thank you for the feedback. It genuinely helps us get better.
