Well i am very fulfilled and very much satisfied with their customer service. Even though it is my first time ordering on their website and want to use my tabby as way of payment, their team did not hesitate to help me from a call and whatsapp chat, they provided me a link to get an easier check out on my orders mint in sealed box! (3 pcs. Bburago 1:18 ferrari racing cars) they walk the talk! And suprisingly i got my order a day after. So i will definitely recommend them to my fellow collectors or to anyone who is fan of ferrari merchs., till my next transaction to you guys and your team are awesome!

One out of the two items delivered was in terrible condition. Dented, broken, considerably worn out box for the Lego figurine. Despite explaining that this was a gift to a fan collector and I don’t mind heading over for exchange, the cust svc rep insisted they can’t exchange the product and they have no control over delivery quality? It is obviously from the get go the item was damaged because the other item was intact and in good condition. And they have the cheek to offer me a “goodwill 10% discount for next purchase”?? Will you repurchase again if it’s you?

The quality is amazing and the Fueler store are very responsive with any questions you have. Super excited to wear what i got!

Update on my review, was contacted by management quickly after my review was posted. They apologies and are investigating why the delivery was delayed. So far they have made up for the delayed delivery. Waiting to hear back post there investigation

The delivery of the items bought took way longer than expected and to what was mentioned when I checked out. For a online store that has competition with others the delivery timelines are too long
