The garments I bought were not right for me but the staff were very understanding and helpful.

I must say that the team are second to none.
they bend over backwards for you to find the tank that is going to fit you.
I have got 4 and they are a bit uncomfortable.
In contacting Simply Elsie about the fit ( I realized I had ordered the wrong size)
Well now having given all my measurements and my dress size they are sending another 4 to replace the ones I have for a little amount for postage.
Again yes I would definately recommend Simply Elsie.

The item is marvellous( and comfortable) so all else was forgotten..but the delivery times were a wee bit too long. But I will wait again, as the products are so good!

The goods that I purchased, were not suitable for me. I contacted Simply Elsie and they were extremely helpful and accommodating. Responded very quickly.

The review by Mary is very similar but better written than my review people talk about the lovely emails and chatty responses they get thus giving scores of six but if you read about the product numerous people have numerous problems with sizing and quality I placed my order on the 19th of August and have still not received it I’ve asked them to cancel it and they are ignoring me. They also haven’t answered why they show ladies handing parcels to Royal Mail people when the parcel is coming from China there is clearly a rabbit off here somewhere.

This is a very helpful company and they get you exactly what you need

My first concern was noticing the international tracking for shipping. The ambiguous returns policy did not make explicit that as dropshippers, they expect you to pay international returns postage. So when the flimsy, cheap and very much not as described garments arrived, the problems began. There was a loop of inane chatbot emails focussing on my feelings and avoiding any solid guidance on how to return and obtain a refund. To cut a long story short, they have refunded but this is a company to avoid. The vest photographed in the publicity on the website is not what was sent, the misleading photographs of English women preparing orders in a little work room and handing the parcels to the post man is NONSENSE as the order was an import. Moreover the garment construction was dire - synthetic, raw edge, thin and flimsy and definitely not a replacement for a bra. So Simply Elsie are not what they seem - to avoid.
