The website is cool but a bit expensive.
I paid $15 for shipping then Aramex asked me to pay another $13 for “Handling” which Fuelar did not mention during checkout!! I ordered a lot from UAE to Kuwait and this never happened. Disappointed

The authenticity and quality of products, and more importantly, the reliability of Fueler which provide buyers an ease of mind in buying from them. I have bought 6 pieces of Formula 1 apparels back to back on 3 occasions. Even if you have to pay a little bit more but you can be sure that Fueler will deliver. I would have given a 5-star rating but this time round my order has yet to be delivered despite reaching the destination country few days ago. I hope that my order can reach me soon.

Good very fast delivery

The products are amazing and full marks to the product line, my suggestion to company to have mobile application also and price should be lilltel adjusted as their is some disparity compare to the market specially in caps.

Customer service was very prompt and helpful. Item was shipped in a timely manner. However Aramex charges an additional amount stating service charges. These are billed separately(hidden) and only informed before delivery of the item and not during checkout. That makes the total paid for delivery more than the cost of delivery with DHL

Product is excellent as I could not find this same vest elsewhere. The problem however is the price or how much I paid actually. Fueler gave me 10% discount as a new customer. To reach me, the shipping costs me 10%. Then when importing into the country, the custom charged me 10%. Shipper also then charged additional 10% for handling.

The design and quality are excellent. It's a great gift option. My friend was pleased to receive it.

The stitching and the packaging is bad for the price.

I have placed an order for a cap and two helmets which was confirmed on 30/9/25.
Upon receipt of the shipment on 2/10/25, the two helmets were missing and I only received the cap.
I informed Fueler and was told that Fueler does not ship cap and helmets together and I would receive the two helmets separately soon.
After some chasing around, the two helmets were shipped to another party and I have to wait for the party to return the two helmets then I would receive the same.
I am running out of my patience and question the reliability and professionalism of Fueler who place so much emphasis on customer satisfaction.
At the point of writing, I have still not received any shipment details and I would not want to take delivery of the two helmets who went in circles. It appears to me these are the only stock available!
