Transfer stuck for 2+ days, then disappeared from the app – very poor support

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with ScopeX.

I initiated a €5,000 transfer to wallet. The money was debited from my account, but the transfer remained stuck at “Verifying Funds” for more than 2 days.

Despite contacting customer support and repeatedly asking for an update, I did not receive a clear explanation or a proper resolution. This is also one of the Major concern and issue.

Now, the situation has become even more concerning: the transfer request has expired and is no longer visible in the ScopeX application. I cannot even track the transfer or see its current status.

My money has already been debited, yet I have no visibility of where the transfer currently stands.

For a financial service, this level of communication and support is extremely worrying. I expect ScopeX to urgently clarify:

* Where is my €5,000 currently?

My bank is already confirmed that money is debited and required transition details and receipts shared with Scopex team but no proper response.

I hope ScopeX takes this complaint seriously and provides a clear resolution rather than another generic response.

The transfer is fast with great convertion price and it was instant. Customer service was greatful, they are always in contact until the questions are resolved.

Great product. The UX is a bit clunky at this stage, but everything works. The exchange rates are great, and the process to transfer is really easy.

This stupid app making me again in trouble, i can't able to send money, it was showing error or else couldn't complete authorization

I had a worst experience while transacting the money from Germany to India. The platform seems to be very user friendly.
For the testing purpose I have initiated 50€ transfer. The response was also not clear from the support team. After a day with lots of messages to support team, I got my refund back.
I have updated the review and rating because of the refund. Not for the service.
I had a plan to transfer a huge amount, but god's grace the first transaction itself gave me the idea how this platform works. I don't know about others experience. and I have no idea about how to reach their exact customer support.
If anyone from the Scopex see's this response, please don't send the standard response. Please try to improvise your platform and provide a better service. I accept that sometimes there would be some issue in transactions. But please provide a better customer support.

My transaction got sucked for 4 days…but customer service was well connected with me everytime and very patiently sloved my query.

I have been trying to reach their customer support for few days regarding an incomplete transaction and they don't even reply or acknowledge.

Update:
They managed to fix my issue, customer support was really helpful, just sad that it took a little longer than their normal response time.

I think its a pretty good app. Transfers happen almost real time, its founded by an NRI. Does give better rates than Google. I think they are on the right track, would like to see Investment products (specially for investments in India) in the future.

I have a pending transaction for a long time now. I tried to reach their chat window but no one responds. I have sent mail to contact and complaint mail box but no use. I tried to initiate a chat in their website where chat widget does not work. I am not sure if they would respond immediately to this or will have to wait clueless. Many have raised concerns on the customer support and it still doesn't seem to have been resolved.

I am updating the review to 3 from 1 on the basis that after several hours support from the team was rendered. I am not going to rate beyond 3 as the issue was sorted very late.
