The jacket I ordered came in super quick time and was exactly what I expected. It was a Christmas present that I could only get at fueler and I found customer services extremely helpful , prompt replies to emails and a hugely prompt and satisfactory conclusion to my issues. Great company to deal with . Extremely satisfied.

Order received on less than 36HRS , as described, will packed and in a good quality

My experience purchased with Fueler Store is superb, their customer service is very fast to respond to my query and their action is very profesional to ensure my postage and delivey process is in top notch. Thank you Fueler.

Every thing was perfect

One of the boxes arrived damaged and one side opened by the carrier; fortunately, nothing was lost, but the edges should be reinforced with tape. Otherwise, everything was fine. Fast and good!

Excellent service and fast delivery considering its a week before Christmas.

After 5 work days I didn’t receive my order

Large choice of products ! Fast delivery !! Products super nice !! Especially caps !!!!

The T-shirt is a very good quality, the only thing is that the size is a bit small

fast delivery

Had the worst experience. I ordered a 2000 Michael Schumacher Ferrari F1 car model but I got a completely wrong item - not only was it not the item i ordered, but the item that they sent me was broken along with damaged packaging! Fueler has a refund policy, but i was offered store credit since they no longer have the item that i wanted in stock anymore. I will not accept anything other than a full refund. The item was supposed to be a surprise birthday gift for my husband - it turned out to be a shock and embarrassment instead. Im still stuck resolving the issue!!!

Update:
Upon reaching out to the team, they responded with utmost care and support. Not only did they issue me a full refund but also sent a complimentary product (of our choice) to compensate for the mistake.
I’m impressed by their customer service and client management.

Received my Ferrari and McLaren caps from Fueler Store via courier.

Straightforward delivery, clean packaging, and solid quality.

Good fit, neat stitching, and an overall finish that feels durable and intentional. Easy to wear, easy to keep.

No fuss. Worth it.

Fast delivery. I’m happy to received my favorite F1 shirt. And I will buy another new 2026 F1 shirt again if can give offer price. Thank you.

The Shirt from Sauber was perfect!! We ordered a Size higher, so the shirt fit perfectly!

Hi Team Fueler 🏁,

Happy to share my feedback — this was genuinely a great experience.
I bought two caps for my husband, Ryan, this Christmas, and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. He is usually quite fussy when it comes to gifts, especially caps, but these fit him perfectly. The fit was spot on, comfortable, and flattering — and he loved them instantly, which made the gift even more special.
The quality is excellent, and the caps sit really well without needing constant adjustment. It’s not easy to find caps that combine comfort, fit, and style so well, and Fueler definitely delivered.
Overall, it was a smooth shopping experience with products that truly live up to expectations. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending Fueler to others.
Thank you for creating such well-made and thoughtful gear!

Warm regards,
Arpita
