Flight Centre Australia Arvostelua

I made an appointment to discuss making a flight booking change with Kathleen Wong who was very knowledgeable and helpful. The booking was quickly and efficiently changed, and advice on my trip was very useful. I have made bookings before in Flight Centre North Sydney and staff are always helpful and efficient.

Casey did a great job in delivery a total package to suit my needs. Thanks.

I booked my flights with Mitch and as with my previous holidays he was very helpful and made sure I had insurance and everything else I needed organised.

Always great, friendly and helpful service. Fee listens to our wishes and provides suitable options. Booking process with Fee at Flight Centre takes away the stress of booking overseas holidays and coordinating tours, flights, accommodation.

Emily was very helpful with our booking. The process was quicker and easier than trying to source information from the internet myself and I feel confident that we are booked with reputable businesses for our trip.

Consultant was knowledgeable and friendly. Very professional and we had confidence in his booking.

Good communication. Prompt responses.

Aaron knew exactly what he needed to do to smoothly arrange our flights. He was efficient and always available and guided us in areas of flight bookings, travel and associated arrangements with which we were otherwise unfamiliar. His aim was clearly to make our flights as enjoyable as possible. Excellent service from a very capable Travel Consultant. Thanks Aaron

Stacey Laws helped us book last minute !

We had a great experience booking last minute euro summer tickets with Stacey and had several revisions and requests to book tickets and she has been extremely accomodating and easy to deal with.

Would highly recommend using them especially if you have alot of internal flights between different cities in Europe. Price was really competitive and online we were getting higher quotes when trying ourselves.

We booked the whole trip, Travel, Accommodation and Rental Car all in one visit. They showed us all our options at each destination so we could pick and the same with Rental car companies and the cars available. Went through our insurance options and made sure we were covered for almost anything.

Rebecca at the Charlestown store was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and provided excellent customer service.

Karen is my go to person for organising flights and tours. I know I will always end up with the best result!

I have been using Flight centre for quite a few years now and have always found them extremely helpful being that I am elderly they go out of their way to give me the best deal and times that suit me. Wouldn't go anywhere else great work Flight Centre.

Sophie has been so responsive and provided expert advice - making the experience of booking the flights for our first overseas/round the world trip as a family no-stress and for a great price. Next step is booking accommodation and internal flights/trains etc and Sophie has given us clear guidance about what we need to think about/decide along the way.

Their customer service is top-notch! I originally only reached out to get a quote, but I was quickly blown away by the staff's incredible service. They provided me with three reasonably priced options for my trip, and the payment process was completely seamless.A special thank you to Ellis Burns, who treated me like family. I highly recommend doing business with them because of Ellis's outstanding professionalism, warmth, and friendliness.
