DO NOT USE FLIGHT CENTRE GORDON — completely incompetent and unprofessional AN ABSOLUTE DISAPPOINTMENT

In response to the business reply:

our response once again completely misses the point of our complaint.

We have never claimed Flight Centre controls the airline’s seating. We are complaining about Flight Centre’s failure to inform us of the seating policy and properly advise and assist us as our travel agent. We have explained this repeatedly, yet Flight Centre continues to repeat the airline’s policy instead of addressing its own customer service failure.

This response only reinforces our experience of poor communication, lack of accountability and extremely unprofessional complaint handling. We trusted Flight Centre to make our travel easier — instead, it made it considerably more stressful.

We will never use Flight Centre again and will not recommend your services to others.

The Gladstone branch and particularly Elaine is excellent to deal with.

Matt listened to our requirements, did a lot of research, and met our deadlines with courtesy and humour.

I have booked 2 trips with FC and Nicole’s both times. She is nothing but amazing and the help and advise and professional as are all the other staff members at Erina.

The service was just like awesome, the officer she explained everything to me and offered an excellent benefit (insurance)
Thx flight Centre,
Kind regards Laszlo

As always Shay looked after us well. We were prrssed for time to get our booking in and Shay was on to it. We are going!

A few weeks ago, I was sitting outside the Kalamunda, WA store for about 10 mins waiting for someone, I thought I would pop in and make some general enquires with the flight Centre, as there had been no customers in the store all the time I was waiting. When entering I was told that no one could help me as I needed to book an appointment which I could do online (not even an offer to book an appointment). The staff were sitting around doing nothing. Today I walked past the store & it was closed, although the website states it is open till 5pm.

My consultant Stacey was amazing from the time I booked my River Cruise last year. Booked flights, then the conflict in Iran happened, booked another flight for just in case. Conflict supposed to have ended, cancelled 2nd flight, 3 days later Conflict started again, rebooked cancelled flight, cancelled original flight, made changes to transport pick up from airport to accn and return. All these changes and 100 questions from me was NOT an issue or a problem for Stacey. She above and beyond to make sure my trip went smoothly.
All bookings were done via email only, payment was so easy and flawless. Would not use any other consultant or travel agent. Flight Centre, efficient, friendly, professional and no stress to you the client. 110% recommend FC

We went back to our favourite travel agent (Fede) @ Macquarie Centre & booked a trip to Europe.
She is so professional, knowedgable & friendly.

Attentive, friendly staff. No hassle booking at a fair price.

I always use Flight Centre for my travel needs. It makes me feel confident that wherever in the world I am, if something goes wrong help is not far away. And even though I research everything myself Flight Centre book everything seamlessly and often find products at a cheaper rate. All the staff I have dealt with have been great, knowledgeable and friendly. Five stars from me!

Christine is right on the Ball with knowledge and we appreciate her time with us and hope to use her again
Many Thanks Christine 😊

Abbey is always very approachable and helpful. She makes sure you are happy and worry free when planning an overseas holiday, putting extra time in to solve your problems.

I would like to say a big thank to Igor Deletic for his support any time you need. He is very knowledgeable and gives a very important and valuable advises. I can definitely recommend him to my friends.
Thank you Flight centre and Igor!

we like working with Storm at Booragoon / Garden City store, WA. return customers.

Refund process is exploitative. I had two tickets booked with the same Qatar flight, one direct and the other with flight centre, both for the same price effectively. Due to a flight change and Trump's colonialising exploits, both had to be cancelled. Qatar processed a no fee refund within the week, with monies deposited straight into my account. Flight centre will take their $300 online booking fee cut and blame airline processing to hold your money for a further 3-4 months and tell you not to contact them. Call centre to request this refund took 1hr+, compared to 15min with an online chat with Qatar. Will never use flight centre as an intermediary again.
