The Flight Centre has always dealt with compassion and care. However, Aisling Martin (both in Richmond, London office and the Toowong office this week), has provided exceptional service going above and beyond to sort out rearranging my return Hanoi to London flights under difficult circumstances, with many flights cancelled due to the current crisis.

I was delighted my trip which is booked by Bobbi who is working in Flight Centre Macquarie 3 years ago. Since then I continue with her for other trips, because she is professional and knowledgeable, always considers the customer's needs, offers suggestions, and never pushes me. She provides very helpful and friendly services.

Melanie has been marvellous once again for our next Europe holiday. Working very hard to ensure we have everything perfect for our trip. We wish to thank her for her advice and professional thoughts on how and where we travel. Melanie has a huge wealth of knowledge and we highly recommend her. Thanks so much.

Candice, at Flightcentre in Clarkson, WA, did a group booking on our behalf and the service she gave us was exceptional. At all times she was friendly, proffessional and went out of her way to ensure that we have a great holiday. Well done Candice.

Martha George, our travel consultant provided an exceptional service. She helped plan our Egypt tour, and advocated and got us on another tour when our planned bookings did not work out.
She worked with us and planned alternative flights and bookings when flights through Qatar were cancelled.
She checked on us whilst we were on tour and on our return to ensure our safety.
Lastly, she assisted in getting our fares refunded from Qatar airways.

Melissa was efficient, paid attention to detail and did everything possible to reduce layovers and cost while planning a difficult itinerary for our family trip to Europe. I also appreciated her knowledge and advice on places to stay, hotels and things to do. I would definitely recommend her!

I WANTED TO CHANGE MY WIFE'S NAME ON THE AIRLINE TICKET ORDER BECAUSE I ENTERED A WILD SURNAME BUT MY WIFE HAS A PASSPORT NAMED MILENA FERENC. I TRIED TO CHANGE HER NAME FOR 4 WEEKS. THEY CONSTANTLY EXTENDED IT, THERE WAS NO ANSWER, NO SOLUTION, AND FINALLY THEY TOLD ME THAT IT WASN'T POSSIBLE, THAT I HAD TO BUY A NEW AIRLINE TICKET, AND THEY WANTED ME TO PAY $2,500 FOR A NEW AIRLINE TICKET. I THINK THIS BEHAVIOR IS UNACCEPTABLE I ACTUALLY BOUGHT A TICKET FOR MY WIFE AND NOW SHE CANNOT FLY BECAUSE THE STAFF WERE UNABLE TO CHANGE THE NAME AS I HAVE BEEN ASKING FOR 4 WEEKS! I WANT A REFUND FOR THE FLIGHT I PURCHASED BECAUSE SHE CANNOT FLY WITH THE WRONG NAME I WAS TOLD THEY WOULD NOT REFUND MY MONEY!!! SO I THREW $1800 OUT THE WINDOW. UNBELIEVABLE BEHAVIOR OF YOUR STAFF I WILL COMPLAIN TO THE OMBUDSMAN AND MORE PEOPLE!

Everything is great

When i was looking to go on trip a few years back , i went into Modbury Flight Centre where i met a lovely Travel Agent. We have just concluded our planning for my third trip, which has been ,i would say, the most difficult of the 3. I was supposed to have had a layover in Doha but because of Middle East conflict, i wasnt sure if i should cancel or how was i going to get to my destination ? She was excellent in handling all my queries, calming my stress levels and found an alternative route to get to where i needed to go. She arranged a refund from my original air flight company. All in all, she has been magnificent in arranging my trips and we have had some good laughs a long the way. Thank you, Louise J. 👍🧙‍♂️😘
