We’ve just returned from an incredible six-week European holiday to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary, and we genuinely could not have done it without Lauren from Flight Centre.

Having never travelled to Europe before, we had only a very rough idea of where we wanted to go, but Lauren guided us through the entire process with endless patience, great suggestions and genuine care.

She helped organise everything and nothing was ever too much trouble. She always kept our budget in mind and provided options that made planning easy and stress-free.

What really stood out was her dedication when the Middle East conflict escalated just weeks before our departure. I emailed Lauren on a Sunday about possible alternative flight routes, fully expecting to hear back on Monday. Instead, she responded that same day and immediately started looking into options for us. Thanks to her quick action, we were still able to take this very special trip.

Lauren went above and beyond at every stage. She made us feel valued, supported and genuinely cared for throughout the entire process. The level of customer service she provided was exceptional, and I honestly cannot recommend her highly enough.

Thank you, Lauren, for helping create memories we’ll treasure forever.

Jeff Riley is a wonderful Travel Manager. He is responsive and informed and provides good guidance as to travel options and side trips. He is extremely helpful and always brings a positive attitude to his role. He makes the travel experience straightforward and stress free. He even helped us understand the restrictions on travel when Mt Etna was exploding

Petey is the BEST! So quick at finding the best flights and so good with advice on where to stay and what to do. Love it! Thank you, Peta!

Lauren Davis gave us exceptional service, even while we were on our trip to Vietnam, I am sure it was out of hours and she was straight onto our query. While booking she gave us such service that I felt had known her and booked with her for years. Such a lovely human being. I could not recommend her more highly. Thank you Lauren

Karen Oudeman was highly recommended to me by a close friend, and I can honestly say she exceeded all expectations. I was looking for someone who could help me plan a holiday within my budget while still ensuring I had an amazing experience, and Karen delivered exactly that.

From the beginning, Karen made me feel comfortable asking any questions, no matter how big or small. She always answered honestly and responded to my emails promptly. Even when I felt embarrassed asking what I thought were silly questions, Karen always made me feel at ease and never made me feel uncomfortable.

Planning this holiday with Karen has been such a wonderful experience. Her professionalism, patience, and genuine care truly stand out. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Karen to anyone looking for a travel planner. She deserves far more than a five-star rating.
