Thanks for the Exceptional Service, Allan!
We recently booked our month-long European holiday with Allan from the Flight Centre at Cardiff, after hearing some glowing word-of-mouth reviews.
Allan was absolutely outstanding to deal with from start to finish. As a former travel agent myself, I know what good service should look like, and Allan exceeded our expectations in every way. He was incredibly thorough, professional, friendly, enthusiastic (and funny!), and he thought of so many little details and possibilities that we hadn’t even considered.
Our holiday unfortunately encountered some significant challenges due to recent typhoon in Hong Kong (which delayed our departure by a day) and the recent low water levels on the Rhine-Main-Danube Rivers. Throughout it all, he kept in regular contact with us, ensuring we received all the up-to-date information and made sure we understood our options. He helped us navigate the changes with confidence.
Allan genuinely invested in making sure our holiday was exactly what we wanted, and we always felt that nothing was too much trouble for him. His knowledge, attention to detail and personal service were exceptional.
We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Allan to anyone looking for a fantastic Travel Agent. We will certainly be using him again for our future travels. Thank you, Allan, for looking after us so well!

Hi John, we have replied to your previous review, so will put those details below again for your reference.
I can see in the case notes for your file that our team have, and continue to, repeatedly chase the airline on your behalf for the involuntary downgrade done by the airline.
The airline is failing to action or process these requests.
Our team are continuing to work on this, and will revert back with an update as soon as possible.
