The young lady did well since there was 5 of us to sort out. Will definitely go back to book next holiday when it comes around

I visited the flight centre Hasting and spoke with Sim. She was very helpful in organising my trip to cananda with a stopover in Hong Kong in both directions, and a cruise tour to Alaska.Sim was very friendly and profesional. I had a tour guide in Vancouver not show so i sent an email to Sim and she had sourted it all out very quickly and arranged a full refund.

Sami, made it so easy and listened to our needs. Exceptional service so we always see Sami.

Aaron is amazing. We continue to book all of our travel with him as he is attentive, warm, knowledgeable and an all round delight to deal with. He is prompt and nothing is ever too much trouble. Highly recommend.

When you book with flight centre you can't make any changes to your hotel, you have to call flight centre who calls the hotel and then flight centre calls you back etc takes such a long process. You can't check in online for your flights either. Save yourself the hassle and avoid it.

Jenny was great. Full of good ideas, patient whilst we thought things through and tossed around ideas. Very friendly and professional.

Julia was just wonderful. Julia has been our "go to" agent since long before COVID. I used to do my own bookings online but as I get older I prefer to use Julia. EXTREMELY EFFICIENT!! She takes the worry out of it all!

Started off great then went poorly. How their system doesn't show everything you as a customer need to know and how they want you to pay for it.

We had a complicated fare to address with multiple flights and people flying from multiple locations and times. One thing which we try and avoid is anything relating to the dreaded Co-share in Latin America. So its good to know when there are Co-share flights so we can pay whatever is better to avoid them.
Their system apparently doesn't have any visibility on Co-share supposedly.

After paying an exorbitant amount for our Christmas flights, we were disappointed to discover, only when checking our printed tickets, that we would be travelling on a co-share flight operated by a less than impressive airline. The carrier’s reviews raise serious concerns about the standard of service we can expect.

After speaking to the travel agent, about how we were sold on flying with one carrier and getting then fobbed off to another with the amount of money we paid, we were told to simply cough up more money to change the ticket. No middle ground nor any escalation after requesting. could be found hence the review here.
Hoping for the best for Flight Centre, but don't see it coming.

Purchased a flight on Flight Centre for one of our mining workers. We provide workers nationwide and have used flight centre frequently. I now recall why we are told to AVOID THIS SCAM COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!
Below is the captains package which I purchased less than 24 hours ago alongside a one adult, one way flight from orange, NSW to Brisbane at 11:30AM tomorrow. - for reference.

It advertises cancellation and flight change fee's waived. I asked if he wanted to pay the extra bit for the change fees to be dropped should there be another change made to his itinerary. The whole trip was booked in haste, yesterday morning purcahsing the outbound tickets, and yesterday afternoon, less than 24 hours goes by and he rings to say he needs to change to an evening departure, out of Sydney would probably be easiest but whatever works.

I ring Flight Centre, they say sorry, can't help you, Link Airways doesn't offer refunds on the tickets ($600 down the drain) and they don't operate any direct flights to Brisbane, so per the terms and conditions we cannot change or cancel this flight for you without incurring fees from Link. I asked for the manager, he read the same bit to me saying that It's Link Airways that are non refundable or interchangeable, and I said it was Poor Form to sell a gimmick you can't uphold. Why would you give insurance / waivers / fee reduction if you know the airline doesn't do it? He told me I used foul language and to not do that or he would disconnect my call. I did not swear, I was getting agitated but still jovial saying lets find a solution, its all good. I spelled the misheard word out. I said FORM , F O R M (spelling it out) sorry sir I am just upset I want to get the guy home and hes underground in a mine he can't do it himself right now.

Long story short, I had to call this guy and tell him not only did he lost 630+ dollars, but they wouldn't offer any assistance to finding a new solution home, and when I asked if they were going to do anything to help, he said that he reserved the right to hang up on me because i was angry and disgruntled and hung up.

I have hundreds of workers a year who come to me for mining FIFO roles.

After such a terrible customer service experience I will FOREVER be ensuring that Flight Centre do not do business where I do, and that people are cautioned about the thievery happening in their sneaky marketing and failure to help people get home safe from work.

Worst thing is before he hung up he said well we do have a SAME DAY policy, but you didn't buy the tickets today.... What? Less than 24 hours but you tell me you could help but you won't?

I must try again with a better attitude and see if this is real, are they really this heartless and money hungry to prey on those who don't read the T&C properly or so desperate for the dollar that they must trick people into that extra 14 dollars.

This isn't about money, its about unethical business and it disgusts me.
