Rachel Scott from Flight Centre Clifford Gardens is fantastic and her customer service level is above and beyond anywhere else. Rachel helped us plan an overseas holiday and was extremely patient with the changes our family made with our complicated itinerary, always communicated promptly and was honest with all recommendations. Rachel is a huge asset to the Flight Centre branch and has a genuine caring personality.

I and my travel companion booked through Caroline at Flight Centre Canberra Centre (my travel companion felt more comfortable through an agent). Honestly, I do not know if Caroline is totally incompetent or just a lier to get the booking 'she' wants for you. My friend was in the office with Caroline, whilst I was on the phone & computer at my home. I routinely questioned her pricing and seat suggestions based on what I also had in front of me. She repeatedly stated the seats we booked had extra leg room despite my constant protestations (how many times can you say you were not right?) Of course she was NOT right. We were under the impression we had paid extra... so repeatedly emailed her whilst away to follow up on the issue and to request an upgrade...Crickets!
Eventuallly she did respond to one question - the upgrade and quoted well over $1,000 more than what we ended up receiving from the airline. She repeatedly mixed up our booking requiring reissue of tickets, wished us a great trip to Germany... we were traveling to Ireland/UK and on one occasion upon spelling my companions name wrong stated "lucky my friend picked the error up quickly other wise it would have cost her" Umm no sorry Caroline, this was just another in your long list of errors.

I would definitely NOT recommend Caroline from Flight Centre Canberra. Nor will I be using an agent again.

I have been waiting for a refund since November 2025. Apparently they refunded my points used to book a flight in February 2026 but I have not received my cba points back. They blame the bank but the bank have not received the payment. Seems like the flight centre are not taking accountability

My wife and I always use Flight Centre when making international travel arrangements. We have always found our agents at Flight Centre Nowra NSW to be very friendly, helpful and reliable.

Booked flights through flight centre and was supposed to be on buisness class my flight text was send to me with all those details on. It was not untill I got to the airport that I printed my boarding pass that it stated I was downgraded to economy, when speaking with the qauntas desk they stated the plane had been downgraded to a smaller plane and did not have enough seats in buisness class my airline will be notified and given a credit to refun me for the difference in cost. Once returning from my holiday I spoke to one lady over the phone who promised to have a response for me in 48 hours, almost 2 weeks later I had to call again as I heard nothing. This time I had a Jill on the phone assuring me that she would escalate and take care of this. They are now telling me airline is happy to refund however I have to show proof of my downgraded which is bullshit they should have record of this happening including in their passenger manifest which records customers seating etc. NOT happy as I paid almost $4000 and not getting any help or response on this refund as they blocked my emails due to telling them I have lodged a complaint with consumer affairs. Will never book through this company again bunch of theirs and dont actually work for you!

When I walked in to flight centre Traralgon Victoria, I was warmly greeted by the lovely Lauren . She is friendly knowledgeable & had a great sense of humour. A genuine real interest in our trip plans

I can’t recommend Kim McNamara at Flight Centre Gymea highly enough. Whenever I’ve contacted Kim, whether it’s for our family or an individual trip, she is always so approachable, professional and genuinely understands our preferences.
She knows exactly what we like, so she gets straight into organising things for us. Even when we change our minds or go back and forwards trying to get everything just right, Kim is always patient, kind and helpful. She never makes it feel like a hassle and always sees the trip through from start to finish.
Most importantly, she makes sure we are completely happy with our holiday. We wouldn’t book our travel with anyone else!

Travel agent Anabel was very helpful and patient as I needed to book for 11 people. She was knowledgeable and profesional. I was with her for 4 hours and she helped to provide a better outcome than I had originally planned.
