We had such a fantastic experience booking our family holiday with Izzy from Flight Centre Castle Hill! Everything was so seamless from start to finish, and Izzy made the whole process so easy and stress-free.

The kids had an amazing time, and we came home with so many wonderful memories. There was honestly so much to do that we only wish we had booked longer! 😂

We booked a Vietnam and Singapore tour in Early September with Katherine from Flight Centre at Chatswood. All tours , attraction tickets and meal bookings in both countries were brilliantly organised by Katherine. It was faultless and we had one of the best holidays abroad we've ever had. I strongly recommend Katherine from Chatswood Flight Centre for any holiday booking both abroad and within Australia. We will see her for our next holiday as she goes above and beyond to get the best and efficient holidays for her customers. Absolutely fantastic!

The general booking and everything was fine but god forbid if you need their Tele service help don’t waste your time. The first call I genuinely couldn’t understand the woman and her English was horrible. The second time was slightly better but would get put on hold for 15 minutes at a time just to ask one question. I asked for pricing to change a flight 2 days later and again I’m put on hold for 15 minutes…Absolutely insane and utterly useless.

Rediculous. Worst experience. First of all the online booking is NOT affiliated with the actual physical Flight Centre meaning, when you're booking online thinking you'll be able to receive support from a human at store - think again, they will not help you as they don't even have access to your booking. Contacting the online service is impossible - online phoning them is an option and you will wait forever and ever and ever to finally talk to someone who won't be able to help you anyway. I received FU via email that I could not even respond as it came from 'donotreply' email. Waste of money, worst service, will not be booking with them EVER again. What a joke.

I booked my trip through Crystal rae, she was extremely helpful and very nice. She helped me book great accomodation and flights for a reasonable price. would definetly recommend booking your next trip through her.

I booked some return flights to Japan for my wife. She expressed a preference for a layover rather than an overnight flight on the way home, and so I contacted FC by phone to try and arrange a change to the return leg. (The airline was unable to process the change as it had been made through an agent). FC were unable to find a suitable flight that they were allowed to change to, despite many such flights existing. The best they could suggest was that I cancel and make my own booking. The cancellation fee from the airline was $250, with another $300 cancellation fee going to FC. So essentially they have doubled the cancellation fee and are unable to book flights that I can book directly online. I give FC two stars because although it took about 20min to get through to the call centre (no option to manage bookings on the website) the call centre woman was very courteous.

We spoke to Taylah over the phone as the flight centre website directed you to call in order to change/swap a flight. Taylah was useless, she did not articulate herself well over the phone and did not seem very aware of her companies own policies or how to actually change our flight. Don't waste your time calling the staff is not helpful and you can easily do it on your own via the website!

Lauren was always happy to help, advise and did everything with a lovely smile and relaxed demeanour…

Lauren enabled me to sort through all the extensive travel options and choose the trip & insurance that worked so well for me… It made the process so much easier…. :)

I made a typing error on a traveller surname/family name. I noticed this at 12:15 am, called Flight Centre and Hannah was able to assist me immediately, correct the spelling error and send me a new itinerary within 30 minutes. Excellent service

Emma has been excellent to work with. She is knowledgeable, prompt and kind. Very grateful to have her as our travel agent. Will be recommending her onto our family & friends.

We booked our holiday to Vanuatu three weeks ago - and Donna was absolutely brilliant, so of course left a brilliant review.
Then… nightmare!! the airline cancelled our flight home and we either had to come two days later or two days earlier. If we’ve returned two days earlier, it would’ve cost us $700; if we’ve stayed the extra two days it would’ve cost us $1600 (this is mainly for changing the pre-booked onward flight to New Zealand from Australia, and overnight stays.)
Donna was having none of it! She worked solidly and two days later had sorted it out so that we could come home as planned leave as planned, and have our holidays as planned and it cost us no more than we’d already paid - and all because of her connections, stakeholder relationships and hard work.
I cannot rate these guys highly enough.

Chantelle gave us great friendly advice showing us plenty of options and comparisons for a cruise to NZ
She has followed up with clear details about our booking inclusions, costs etc and regarding travel insurance and declarations. Chantelle has offered to assist us with online checkin.

What a pleasant experience at Mount Lawley Flightcentre. Whilst we could see clearly Shay was busy at the time, he made space in his schedule to fit us in and the service provided was exemplary. Whilst our regular consultant Connie was away for the day, Shay slipped into action and filled the gap and found exactly what we were looking for in our trip to Vietnam. The service is always top notch and greatly appreciated. Shay is truly an asset for Flightcentre, Many Thanks.

I can’t recommend Donna Pearce at Flight Centre Murray Bridge highly enough. Whenever I’ve contacted Donna, whether it’s for our family or an individual trip, she is always so approachable, professional and genuinely understands our preferences.
She knows exactly what we like.Even when we change our minds or go back and forwards trying to get everything just right, Donna is always patient and helpful. She never makes it feel like a hassle and always sees the trip through from start to finish, she was also very helpful when we were in the USA & we had issues
Most importantly, she makes sure we are completely happy with our holiday. We wouldn’t book our travel with anyone else!
