Flight Centre New Zealand Arvostelua

Di has been absolutely amazing! As unsure as I was a couple of times, she managed to change a few things to suit me, and in such sufficient time! Amazing! So so grateful!

Nice professional people to deal with.

the contact with Grace was easy and straight forward .

Great stuff. Very friendly and helpful. Always going out of her way to help. Very personal and welcoming at all times.

Swapnil New lynn Branch great service. Goes the extra mile.

He provided a premium service from the first flight booking in 2025 looking for the best deal on long haul flight. Then in April 2026 needed to find an urgent flight back to Nigeria. No problems. In May after a terrible experience with Turkish Airlines, Swapnil could have left the service complete at that point of returning to NZ. But he didn't he contacted us, followed up, gave advice. Even if the outcome may have been no luggage, he always looked for solutions and support. Thankfully it was resolved.

Every experience with him has been done with the utmost professionalism and he is always looking out for the best deal possible.

Me and my husband are grateful for the extraordinary care he provides with a follow up and follow through approach. Amazing customer service.

friendly environment, staff are very welcoming and go out of their way to help with bookings . Staff are great to deal with and keep you updated

Jordan was instrumental in planning our recent family trip to Australia. She took the time to understand our preferences and provided excellent activity recommendations that tailored the experience to our needs. Her professionalism and attention to detail made the entire process effortless and resulted in a flawless holiday. We are extremely grateful for her outstanding service.

I dealt with Yvonne Unka in the Lambton Quay branch for the 2nd time now.
This was regarding a trip to Edinburgh, Scotland and a couple of other countries along the way there and back.
The flights, seat selection, payment and advice she offerd (through Fight Center) made my trip super easy.
She had great communication throughout
I will definitely contact her next time I need to travel and recommend her to other Travelers.

Very efficient. Communication was excellent throughout. The booking process was super easy.

Courtenay at Barrington was extremely helpful with helping someone who is not very confident with making an online booking. She took care of all of the details and very patiently explained everything to me. She even took care of downloading the airline app on to my phone, and then explaining how to navigate my way around it
. She even said I could go back and see her any time if I had trouble with using the app.
Really appreciate the help you gave me Courtenay!

Travel agent was really helpful and friendly.

Good follow up. Very knowledgeable and efficient

Booked our cruise with Jassu at flight Centre Riccarton Mall . I can't praise his commitment enough to ensure we had a hassle free holiday. My fist cruise and I was very unsure of the process, Jassu printed everything i needed to stop me being so anxious and explained it all fully to me. He is now checking prices for my next holiday. I would definitely recommend Jassu 👌

Thanks

If you want a travel agent that is super helpful and a delight to discuss and organise your travel plans with, then I highly recommend Brooke at the Flight Centre Tauriko. Brooke went above and beyond, her customer service was exceptional. Thank you very much!!

Friendly and experienced staff who go the extra mile to help. My flight home to Auckland was cancelled by the airline and Erin, my Flight Centre representative was in contact with me to support me during the delay until l was rebooked to return home. Thank you!

First off I rang at 9am on a Monday morning and was greeted by a pleasant friendly voice which is always a good start. Tara the travel agent was very helpful and was able to organise the best available cabin on the cruise ship I wanted. She was patient while I looked through cabin numbers on the deck plans she sent me.Highly recommended.

I had a wonderful experience with Tina, who helped me book flights for my elderly parents. From the very beginning, she was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful.
As my parents had to travel with insulin and had some specific requirements and questions regarding carrying medication on the flight, I had quite a few concerns about the journey. Tina was always available to answer all my questions and took the time to explain everything clearly. Her guidance and reassurance made what could have been a stressful process feel simple and manageable.
I really appreciated how patient she was throughout, and I never felt rushed or hesitant to ask questions. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with the arrangements.
I would highly recommend Tina to anyone looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and caring travel agent. Thank you, Tina, for making the whole process so easy and stress-free!

Very helpful and friendly service, plus quick responses to queries.
