Our travel agent Renee Claassen from Chartwell Hamilton went above and beyond for us! I’ve never travelled as an adult and she made everything seem less for us. She had excellent communication and knowledge of everything, even guiding me through a travel insurance claim after the trip. She even checked in after a few days to see how it was going which shows she really cares. Every single thing was taken care of and if I travel again, I’ll absolutely go to her! Can’t compliment her up enough!

I had a fantastic experience working with Taylor. She was incredibly friendly, approachable, and always responded to my emails within 24 hours. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she handled all of my requests with a positive and helpful attitude.

I have written to my travel agent about the disappointing and upsetting experience I had working with my travel agent when I went into the store to pay the additional 'travel expert booking fee' for the online price on the website and was told that because I am now in the store my travel agent could not give me the same price - that wanting to pay the additional fee meant I needed to pay the fee plus a higher travel price. I am sure this does not meet the requirements of the Fair Trading Act in the way pricing is advertised. I like my travel agent, but as the manager of the Flight Centre store, with him not able to match the price of Flight Centre's own website (when the website does say that I can take the option of going in store to pay the online price plus the travel agent fee), I am sure it is false advertising, illegal and all my efforts to support Flight Centre as a brand, I am now embarrassed about the support I have given. I should have walked away, but I was a bit shocked, and my travel agent is so helpful in every other aspect that I just paid the money at the time.
I have been upfront with my travel agent, and I have asked him to pass my complaint on.

It was a disappointing experienced booking with Flight Center Palmy. I used to buy airfares from Flight Center online. I have no problems getting great deals. This trip, my husband recommended that I go to Palmy and do it in-store. There is some disappointment when we compare our in-store airfares with those from FC online and other airfare websites, as it indicates that we are paying almost $2,000 more than the online fares. But it's too late; we already pay more than we should pay online. I am hoping that Captain's Pack will give us peace of mind to claim what money we lose. Anyway, thank you, Palmy team, for your help.

I recently got back from my first big overseas trip, where I solo travelled around Europe. To organise my flights I went to Taylor Still from the Albany branch. She made the whole process so easy, I didn’t have to lift a finger. Knowing Taylor had my flights sorted so seamlessly, and had my back if anything went awry during my trip really put my mind at ease. I’ll 100% go back to Taylor for my next trip.

Bianca booked our girls trip to Vancouver + Alaska cruise (first time cruisers). She was so friendly and helpful, providing all the information & great recommendations for us to do. Our dates changed and she had no issue getting us on a cruise which matched the dates we needed. Will definitely use her again!
