Flight Centre New Zealand - Flight Centre Barrington Arvostelua

Grace was awesome, found out exactly, what we wanted and booked it for us. She took the time and was with us all the way. And answered our 'thousand questions'. Excellent service!!

the contact with Grace was easy and straight forward .

Courtenay at Barrington was extremely helpful with helping someone who is not very confident with making an online booking. She took care of all of the details and very patiently explained everything to me. She even took care of downloading the airline app on to my phone, and then explaining how to navigate my way around it
. She even said I could go back and see her any time if I had trouble with using the app.
Really appreciate the help you gave me Courtenay!

Courtenay my new travel agent goes the extra mile. Very helpful, friendly and polite. Gets back to you with info you required.

Oli Stevens from Barrington Street Christchurch office was so helpful, nothing was too much trouble & he’s told us that we can still make contact if we have any further questions or issues

Grace have been our family go to when we are booking our holidays for over few years now. She used to be in Riccarton and moved to Barrington despite the longer distance we still go to her. Grace is truly an asset to Flight centre her expertise in travel, she does what she says she will do and she would go above and beyond for her customers. I recently had an overseas travel due to medical reasons, and the experience was truly amazing throughout both ways. I can't thanks Grace enough for her amazing service and support. Will def be back and will always spread the word around. Thank you so much Grace.

booking with Hannah at Barrington Store,Christchurch.

Hannah was very helpful. She was lovely and friendly. She made us very confident that we could trust her to plan our cruise. I would definitely recommend Flight Centre Barrington.

Annalia Ghirardani is the best travel expert! She helped me with a complex last-minute overseas trip for me and my family. I was blown away with her agility, patience, and attention to detail. Tks for being awesome Annalia!

The service Annalia Ghirardani has given me is truly outstanding. Whenever something isn’t immediately clear, she goes the extra mile to find the answer and gets back to me without fail. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Annalia for four years, and during that time I’ve travelled extensively both locally and around the world. No matter where I go, I’m always confident knowing she’s supporting me. I recommend her to everyone — she’s exceptional.

Our travel agent Toni Blair at Flight Centre Barrington is the BEST. She booked our holiday to Rarotonga last year and did such a fabulous job I didn't hesitate to get her to book our trip for this year. She makes everything so easy.

Annalia from Flight Centres Christchurch office has made this a 5 star review. I was having issues booking flights on the Flight Centre website and after an SOS phones call to the contact centre I ended up speaking to Annalia who helped me get everything sorted. She was patient, informative and super helpful. So glad to have our European holiday booked!!

Staff very helpful

I am there with you every year because of Diana Nichol's excellent service

Amazing holiday and well booked , all taken care of by ANNALIA GHIRARDANI . Would recommend!! Rarotonga can be tricky to book due to its time differences
