Flight Centre New Zealand - Flight Centre Luxury Travel Experts Arvostelua

I recently booked a fairly complex South East Asia trip for my Manager. Shonnie Poole from the Manukau branch made the experience so easy, and completely seamless. Great communication, prompt pricing and overall, a fantastic service. Thank you!

Natalie Lawton has been very helpful and prompt with communication. Very happy with her services.

My dealings with Shonnie have been stressless, informative and very straightforward. The booking process is clear and the recommendations have been very helpful in planning our break away. I recommend Shonnie as a very efficient and informative contact when planning a holiday. Her follow up by way of email has been very helpful in providing necessary travel information and confirmation of our agreed itinerary.

Natalie was extremely helpful and replied promptly to all our questions. We're looking forward to continuing to plan our travel with her.

Excellent experience with Natalie Lawton as our travel expert, highly recommend her. Making the whole process of booking a great holiday easy and always responds quickly to any questions.

Natalie was excellent in terms of timely communication and sending through the options. I made several changes during the pre booking stage and nothing was a problem. I have had travel agents in the past that I had to chase up to see what was happening and it was frustrating, so Natalie was an absolute breeze! Would highly recommend.

Smooth, easy, stress free. Was really helpful and adaptable to changes I required. Thank you

Was nice to deal with Natalie. She helped with the whole booking process. Very helpful.

This is the second tour we have organised with Natalie from Flight Centre, and she has done an excellent job. This trip is to China and Japan, following our previous journey to Egypt and the Singapore Grand Prix, which she also arranged very efficiently. Natalie’s skill in coordinating and booking flights, accommodation, and tours, along with her ability to ensure itineraries run smoothly, has made travelling with her very relaxing for us.

PERSONALISED ATTENTION. ACCOMODATING. MY DEADLINES EVEN DURING PUBLIC HOLIDAYS.

We saw a holiday advertised, that we were interested in. As my wife's birthday fell during the trip, it was going to be a great birthday present (and earn me some 'Brownie Points'). It was close to the offer expiry date, but Natalie worked hard to book us in on the date we had chosen, only to find that tour had been booked out. Natalie researched other dates that this tour was on and found one that was suitable, however, it clashed with other plans we had made. More research by Natalie found another date that suited us even better, as it fell on our wedding anniversary. (I get to keep those Brownie Points after all). After all the changes, we were still able to book our travel just before the offer expired. This was entirely due to Natalie's hard work. If she hadn't done all that research, we would've probably put it in the 'too hard basket', and not bothered with this tour.
Thanks Natalie.

The agent, Natalie Lawton, was fabulous. Super fast, responsive, creative and efficient. We will definitely go back to her for our next travel arrangements!

A family member recently died, and we needed help in making international travel plans for the funeral. Rachael Booth, who helped us from our very first conversation, was incredibly welcoming and took the time to understand exactly what we needed.
She was remarkably thorough in organizing every detail, covering everything from flight logistics to visa applications. It is rare to find a professional who is as competent as she is friendly. She handled all the moving parts seamlessly, ensuring our itinerary was perfectly balanced and tailored to our needs.
We feel well taken care of.

This is now the third holiday that Nat Lawton has booked for me. She finds great options for my budget and is always so quick to respond.

Natalie was very helpful, checking in with us every step of the way.

Shoonie was super efficient and one of the most helpful people I have ever dealt with. Thank you Shoonie.

My consultant Natalie Lawton was exceptional. Made my booking fast, efficient and no stress involved. Very prompt at email responses. Perfect experience.

Natalie was brilliant from start to finish. She was very patient with our changes, always positive and pleasant to deal with. Natalie provided excellent service and we're very pleased with the outcome.

Shonnie is great! I've been booking my last 3 trips with her and I'll keep doing it in the future even if she transfered.

Amazing. Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Excellent recommendations - all put into itinerary.
