We dealt with Ryan Milne at the Burlington Centre location. We came in with a list of requests and preferences and Ryan custom designed a trip for us that we will never forget. He was patient and understanding. Thanks again Ryan. We will definitely recommend you to friends and family.

Never again, this resort was maybe a 1 star resort and I feel the travel agent should be aware of the condition of any resort before recommending them. Our room in building 6 was disgusting, old and dated. Mold in the bathrooms, shower door looked like it was never cleaned in months, rusty fixtures, moldy mattresses, bedding was worn and had holes in it, a broken patio door. The room stunk like sewer. I was ready to pack up and leave. The only thing the resort would do for us was upgrade with a fee. We had to pay $215 US to upgrade to a different building which was cleaner but still just mediocre. We were informed by resort staff that anyone booking through Air Canada or West Jet were assigned buildings 6,7 and 8. We had friends who booked through Expedia, paid a cheaper price and were given vip status with better rooms. The food was disgusting and a few people on the resort fell ill, including people who travelled with our group.
The wedding itself was beautiful, and the food and drinks served were great. But then again for the price we paid as group we could have had an optimal experience else where. We spoke to
many tourists on the resort who have visited other resorts in Mexico and everyone had the same feeling in regards to the price, condition of the resort and food. The grounds of resort were pretty and the serving staff were amazing. However, that is not enough to make me return. I will never return to l this resort again and I will never book through Air Canada again.

My experience working with Kay from the onset was beyond incredible. I felt like a priority at all times. Our trip to Cuba was cancelled less then a week before we were set to depart, with no flexibility to change our dates. Kay quickly gathered options, and ones that checked all our boxes based on her listening to what was important to me and my budget. The level of information, and what to expect at our new destination was so appreciated and it made this experience stress free. While down in Mexico, Kay made it a point to check in, make sure we were good, and once home I received a welcome home email. Other agents at different organizations have never done this... basically once the deal was sealed they moved along, but not Kay, she still continued to make me a priority. I will continue to trust Kay at Flight Centre with all future trips/destinations we have on our bucket list. It's apparent she loves what she does, and cares about her clients.

This was my first time booking through a travel agency, and I’m really glad I chose Flight Centre.

We were a group of 16 guys traveling together, which is not easy to organize, but Hiba and her team handled everything extremely well. From the start, she worked hard to find a resort that fit our group perfectly and stayed within our budget.

Throughout the whole process Hiba kept me informed and made sure everything was in order before our trip. Even after the initial booking, when we had a few changes and adjustments, she was quick to help and made the process smooth.

Planning a trip for a group this size could have been stressful, but Hiba made it easy. I honestly don’t know how I would have managed it without her help.

If you’re looking for a travel agent, I highly recommend reaching out to Hiba. She’s professional, responsive, and clearly very experienced at what she does. I’ll definitely be recommending her to others and will be booking with her again in the future

Once again, Katrina at Coquitlam branch was awesome…we have 8 upcoming cruises and she has gone above and beyond in all of them….always quick to assist, answer questions and always makes sure we have what we asked for. I appreciate the fact that Katrina understands my need to have all my plans organized long before we go…she is always there if we need her..sometimes even after her shift was supposed to end. We would recommend Katrina for anyones travel plans! She is awesome!

Mary Jarvis helped us with a rather complicated multiple versions of 2 bookings. She is the most calm and helpful person you can imagine.

The service of the Customer Representatives, in particular Jane Cundari was absolutely 5 star.

No question was unimportant and recently Jane and Flight Centre were able to save us a substantial amount on an upcoming cruise.

We walked into the flight Centre in Burlington mall looking for ideas for an all vacation. We walked over to meet Vicki Malcom and she helped us find the holiday we were looking for. She is extremely knowledgeable and well travelled. It should have been a minefield for us as we have only gone all in once but she gave us all the pros and cons of different destinations and hotels. We walked out a little later with what looks to be an incredible visit coming for us in April. Thanks again Vicki

She was incredible. It was a tall order to organize guys for a bachelor, but she made it as easy as possible.

Mexico City did not disappoint! The W was incredible, awesome gym and spa which we took advantage of (hot tub, sauna, steam room). Polanco was a super safe neighbourhood, very upscale, and we hit up Roma Norte and Condessa a lot. We also worked in Lucha Libre at Arena Mexico (highly recommend - was action packed) and the party boats in Xochimilco (super fun).

Playa del Carmen was a nice change of pace! The Hyatt Vivid was amazing - food was great, nice beach, fun times at the pool/ foam party. Was also nice being right beside la quinta avenida (5th avenue) so we could leave the resort and walk/ bar-hop a little at night.

Was an excellent trip from top to bottom - a bachelor for the ages!

From the moment I started working with Cortney from the Burlington location I was very happy. Little did I know this happiness would continue once our trip started, on the way home and after our trip . She is very quick to respond and extremely knowledgeable. If she didn’t know the answer she researched it and got back to me.
I will not hesitate to use Cortney or Flight Centre again.

This was for a group booking. Painful process. Should of just booked separate. Couldn't select seats without many contacts , ask a question and you get an out of office or a reply so late you forgot what you asked. They sent out park and fly coupons and we were flying from an airport that has no park and fly. You have to send them a copy of the passport, but they clearly don't look or care if its expired, so why do they need it?
This is exactly why we do not need to go through an agent.
